    Today I am 34 weeks pregnant and I'm so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!
    Today's workout is an upper body workout where we will work through 12 exercises to target our upper body strength. This workout was so much fun and I can't wait to see you pushing yourself through this one!
    I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
    I also used my bench for some slight modifications so grab yours if you need it!
    Exercises:
    1. Alternating Chest Press left, right, both
    2. Alternating Chest Fly left, right both
    3. Single Arm Rows Left then right
    4. Single Arm Back Fly or superman pull downs
    5. Tricep OH Extension on bench
    6. Alternating Tricep Kickbacks left right both
    7. Alternating Hammer Curls left right both
    8. Alternating Supinated Curls left right both
    9. Shoulder Press 2 right 2 left 2 both
    10. Front Raise left right
    11. Lateral Raise left right middle

      I am constantly amazed everyday that she is doing what she’s doing and doing it better then me! And I’m not pregnant! She is definitely a beast! The strongest and most beautiful beast for sure!

    That was fast - my arms feel like noodles. Favourite exercise was the chest. I always find shoulders challenging so when we got to the end I was using 3 pound weights for the last minute. Really appreciate your encouraging words at the end - that "if you had to move down it was because you were working hard".

      The only reason I've continued working out throughout my pregnancy is that Sydney is several weeks ahead of me so I tell myself that if she can do it at 34 weeks pregnant, there's no excuse for me not to do my best as well.

    Loved this workout. The burnout was real. I had to stop and breathe numerous times just to get through. I don't know how Sydney does it. I aspire to get to her level.

    This format is great! Those longer work periods really get the burn going, and give you more time really connecting with that muscle instead of transitions to the next exercise. I am really enjoying the shorter workouts 30-40 min, and longer more intense work periods! Thank you for always giving great variety and keeping fitness fun!

    My shoulders were on fire 🔥 and I LOVED IT. The two minute work periods on this workout was a much different burn and endurance than on the earlier one this week. Amazing how some muscles burn quicker then others. Another great workout Sydney. Hope you and Dustin are having a GREAT BABYMOON

    Just got done with this workout. My God....this was so hard. My favorite was all the 3 shoulder exercises...I had to drop down to lower weights but my arms were shaking at the end. At 34 weeks pregnant Sydney does all these exercises so effortlessly and you are mind blowing . What an inspiration you are to us!!!

    This workout really showed me how much stronger I've gotten since starting my journey with you a couple years ago! Was able to use 25 lbs for the whole 2mins of chest press. That was huge for me!! It hurts to type this as a result of it but so worth it!

    I felt fatigue, however, I made it! I kept alternating from 10, 15, 20 lbs. It was challenging! Thank you so much!

    Oh my goodness, that was juicy!!! Arms are swolll up in here. Loved that, quick and super efficient. My motto today is “Nonetheless she persisted”.     What an arm burner! Was nervous to try heavy weights, but just as Sydney said you’ll surprise yourself with how long you can last. Had to drop for a few of them, but lasted much longer than I expected! Great job everyone! 💪🏻🔥

    such a quick workout but my arms REALLY feel it! favorite was the triceps, I rarely feel a burnout when I work them but I definitely felt it today with the 4 minutes of working. loved it, thank you sydney!

    Arms swollen and on 🔥 Pushed each set w challenging weight and only dropped down twice. Good mind muscle connection too. Loved this wrkout, chest and biceps were my favorite. Great challenge Sydney! ❤️ Happy Friday everyone!!

    Wow I really felt my arms working in them two min periods but whew that was a good upper body workout!!. You motivate me to push myself each and every time being 34 weeks pregnant and still here with us. Thank you for showing up and giving it your all. My fav set would have to be biceps and triceps because they are my most challenging. But all in all a good 30 min quick burn ✅💪🏽🔥 Day number 9 crushed.
