    I love your workouts. No matter what the time frame is, I’ll make it work.. if 40 mins doesn’t work that day then I know I can find a workout on your channel that will fit my day. Everyone has an opinion about everything and it’s impossible please them all. Just keep being you and doing what you love. You helped me and hundreds of others just like me.     Loving the mix of 30 minute sessions peppered in. It’s all about balance and meeting the needs of all your followers. I will happily do a 50 minute workout the same way I will happily do a 30 minute one. Most of all I appreciate that they’re FREE! I also walk daily so on the days the workouts are shorter I don’t have any problems achieving my daily exercise goals. I am a smart and pretty resourceful follower so I promise not to complain when the workouts you post don’t exactly go my way. Thank you for all that you do for us. Xoxo 🤗 💋

    I love this new program! I don’t feel like I have to miss any of the workouts now. I work 14 hr days on the weekends and am unable to do anything else. I loved this workout. My favorite ab exercise was the standing twist. I felt it everywhere. Thank you Sydney for working hard for us!!

    I am happy to inform you that last weekend I completed Grand Canyon Rim 2 Rim hike, which is about 24 miles. We did in 2 days with a one night stay at the bottom. Big Thanks to Sydney and her amazing workouts that helped me to build upper and lower body strength !!!!

    I know it was just at the end but I love a good plank or plank variation, so that was my favorite abs exercise. Thank you for reminding us how important finding joy infusiuons in our daily lives are! :)

    These shorter workouts are good for me when I don’t have much in the tank but enough for 30!! Living with a chronic condition makes workouts hard sometimes 😅 these are great 👍🏽

    That workout flew by!! Love when you mix ab work into any and all the workouts!! Especially legs and thighs - those workouts are usually the hardest so the abs break it up a bit! Thanks Sydney - you're the best!

    I admit today was a struggle after my work day yesterday and volunteering band mom at night. But I got 24,000+ steps in. 🤷‍♀️
    But I showed up and went up when I could in weight.
    I am a fan of standing ab work personally. I struggle with lower back issues and 2 dogs who like to sit on me every time.

    Favorite ab exercise was the standing twist! I pushed heaaaaaavy and it felt so good! I have been working out with Sydney for years and I have recently gotten so much stronger! Thanks for the motivation, Sydney!

    Shoulders are on 🔥. Mermaid is always my favorite. I can control how much challenging I can make this. Doesn't matter whether we are doing straight sets or combos or supersets, we are all getting a great workout. Thanks Sydney.❤

    Joy infusions! My new favorite expression! Thank you Sydney. Favorite ab move was the standing twist because it was different than all the floor ones. Loved the plank finisher too.

    Amazing workout - strong enough moves to make you feel you are working out but not overfatiguing the muscles involved. I love standing abs exercises (underrated if you ask me).

    I love your workouts! I have learned when I listen to loud music and have my animals around me. I can do anything I wants to do in my life! Because they make little me feel so free and alive! Also being around people that support you. Also that believe in you and love and care about you for being your real and true self. Always love yourself in your own skin no matter what size r color you can be in your life. Excellent workout

    Another Amazing workout. I am so proud of myself. I pushed my 25’s dumbbells for push press. It’s amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it. I am feeling so much stronger these days. This makes me so happy!!! 💪

    Loved the oblique work in this one and even surprised myself by upping my push press weights to 20 lbs for the last round, it was HARD but I did it! Thank you for the push, Sydney!

    Omg!!!!!!!💛💛💛💛just loved this workout. Shoulders are an area that I need to improve in my strength. This workout pushed me hard. However, the abs workouts in between I was able to push heavy with good muscle mind connection. 💪

    Favorite abs was the leg lifts! Always aiming to work that lower belly pouch lol! And I really pushed today! First time I’ve ever used 10lbs for an Arnold press!💪 Love that you never stop encouraging us to just TRY!! Bc 9x outta 10 WE CAN DO IT! Feeling strong and can’t wait to see how I improve through the month!
