Toned Arms and Strong Abs Workout!

- Hey squad! This #arms and #abs workout is going to strengthen your upper body and your core! Your upper body is going to be pushed and your abs are going to feel connected and strong today. Grab some dumbbells and let's crush it!

In today’s workout we will work for 4 minutes for each combo of one ab and one arm exercise and rest for 60 seconds between 4 minute work periods. I want you to focus on your breath and really targeting one specific muscle group at a time. The dumbbells I used for this workout are 10 lbs, 15 lbs, 20 lbs, and 25 lbs.

7. Lateral Raises
8. Seated Twists
9. Kneeling Tricep Kickbacks

💪💪🔥Reps!! Wow what an amazing program! Even with modifications with bands, I crushed it! Hammer curls is always my favorite. I am still on 15 lbs. my elbows hurt if or when I go higher!

🎉🎉🎉🎉 Shout out to my favorite trainer Sydney Cummings again another great workout accomplished! I loved this work out. I had all the feels all the connections of mind muscle connection. I pushed hard I pushed have a my favorite circuit was the tricep skull. Crusher bicycle workout. I also like the shoulder press to jackknife circuit as well I really connected with my shoulders. I loved all of this, no complaints.

I did this workout at night (9 pm), which is not usual to me. But I pushed very very hard even in the times when I thought I can't handle my heaviest weight anymore - I did it. I pushed myself very very much and worked hard, to me this reflected today how bad I want my goals to happen.

AMRAP is back and I loved the combination of toning arms and abs with DBs. Favourite one was the burner at the end - pushing to the max while keeping form. Well done everyone, feeling the pump and the burn - abs and arms on fire.
