    Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on upper body and cardio! We will rock through 3 exercise circuits that get progressively more challenging and burn a bit more each round. The first circuit is tough so power through that and the plank circuit and we are GOLDEN! . We will rock for 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some light to medium heavy weights and let's CRUSH IT!

    What she said at the end is right - if you're just starting, do what you can but don't give up. I did it like that almost 1 year ago and now I'm strong enough to do all the moves all the time. You can do it!!

    Sydney, I also want to add that these “older” workouts while great and very valuable still, do make me appreciate some of the newer features on the newer videos! (The timer, the list, etc etc….) But I will gladly do this workout, as I know you put thought into it’s programming and I can appreciate how your channel has grown and continues to be better and better! Thank you!

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (35:33) "It's how hard we're working, not which dumbbell weight we're using." This stuck out to me during the workout because I am frequently comparing myself Sydney's pace and how much she's lifting. I have to catch myself when I need to drop down in weight and remember that I am doing it so I can push through the exercise and finish without compromising form- not because I'm weak. I am determined to have positive conversations with myself throughout the workout, regardless if I have to move down in weight or modify. I finished, I crushed it, and that's all there is to it.

      Good for you for catching yourself in that comparisonitis. I remember when I first started this journey with Sydney, I would compare my weight to hers, but proportionally lower. Like, if she was using 20s, it usually meant 10-15s for me, or if she used 25s, it was usually 15-20s for me. But as I've been working with her longer, I often now actually do match her weights, and that wasn't necessarily my goal, but it happened on my own time! We're all at different levels but it's the consistent effort that means the most! XO

    OK> Thought this was not so tough today. However, my triceps are still shaking 15 minutes later after workout! I LOVE Sydney and I just do what she days to do. Makes my life so much easier. The best thing I have done for my physical and mental health is be a part of the SYDNEY SQUAD for 3 years now! Just keeps getting better!

    Previously I could not do more than 5 tricep dips- no matter how strong I was, that exercise was a mental block and I couldn't do it! Today I did 8 reps x3 with little mini set breaks between for all three rounds!!! That's progress!!

    I've been a pretty serious crossfitter and gym goer for about 5 years but having to work out from home for the most part of a year while gyms are shut (UK) has really shot my motivation. My flat is small and dingey and I found myself being so bored and not bothering. Your workouts give me someone to do it with and the knowledge its only 40 mins and I'm done. Plus I always feel a real burn so I know they're working and I feel comfortable and happy that I'm working hard and staying strong and healthy. Thank you SO MUCH from the bottom of my heart, what you're doing is amazing and the fact you post every day must take so much work but I am sooo grateful

    This is one of my favorite upper body workouts!! It’s so challenging each round with the way Sydney changes up the format you can’t just phone it in, so you’re focused and pushing hard! Those dips are still a big area of growth I need to work on but I’m glad I showed up each round and pushed as hard as I can today! Way to work!!💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🥵🥵🥵🔥🔥🔥🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

    Love your workouts, Sydney! I am 68 years old and have been doing your workouts since the pandemic started. I miss the camaraderie with my gym mates, but your workouts are fabulous and they more than make up for the classes I was taking at the gym. I look forward to getting a new one every day.       Hey, from my PC it seems that the video is being a private one and hasn't been shared yet... If yo go to playlists and open Accelerate, you will see that there are 5 videos, but we have access to only 4 of them... Hope the issue will be resolved, I love the workouts and Accelerate is made with so much sense, 4 days only and the progress in power and endurance is significant!

    Crazy tricep burner it was, from 25 pounds came down to 15 pounds in overhead tricep workout! Woah woah, loved this blast from the past!

    Never worked on my upper body strength until I found Sydney. Now i finally understand all the grunting people do during workouts 😅

    Oct 2023...Reps programme . Wasn't motivated but pushed through. Glad I did, sometimes those days when you just don't want to are the best days to exercise...always feel better after mentally and physically. ❤

    I know my workouts are not perfect but I'm happy that I show up everyday for myself and when I do that it benefits those around me because it helps me to have a healthier mental game and attitude. by staying healthy I am able to show up for my family in bigger and better ways!

    I actually like seeing Sydney struggle a little with the workout because it makes me feel like I'm not alone in the struggle and that she is human too 😆.

    This was amazing for arms!! Even the abs portions made my arms sore. Sydney is the BEST - I am so thankful I found her during this past year of the pandemic.

    I LOVE your videos!!!! Im a 31 year old, petite woman who has never done weight lifting before you. After deciding to quit Yoga after practicing for 6 years, I found you!!
