    Have been working out with Sydney for the past three months and all I can say is this: empowerment.
    When I think my body won't be able to take a few more weights, a few more reps or some superset, I'm amazed by how much my body can take. And it's because the constant workouts, the combinations she makes. It's a whole combo. I'm on my period rn and I really didn't feel to do anything but I knew if I push myself with one of her videos I'll end up feeling like I said, empowered and with a good mood because she only have positive vibes in every workout. Thank you so much Sydney!!!

    I am a very ambitious person! I love change! I am the type of person that get bore very easy. I like staying positive at all times Day and night. My animals keep me calm and very motivated to workout everyday. They even workout with little me and love to dance while we r workout with you! With loud music playing all of the times. This make me workout even harder! You r so inspiring and fun to workout with all of the time. I crushed this workout now I feel so free and alive!! Thank you for helping all of us!!

    🤩 That was a SUPER workout! 🤩 I always enjoy the workouts where Sydney herself is having a laugh and enjoying herself - it honestly makes such a difference! Also, music is back on top form and I liked the mixed formats for the exercises 💪🏼 This one’s a fave so I’ll be doing it again! 😎

    Holy smokes!!! I’m a stylist- my biceps were already sore this morning from yesterday so I decided to do this workout after work today. SO glad I did because I’m not sure I would’ve been able to do hair after this 😂

    For the past several months, I've been ditching my pj bottoms and putting on full on workout outfits. I certainly own enough of them!!! You inspire me! And it really helps with the workout to look the part that you are doing. Yesterday we were color coordinated! And I'm finally back on schedule, doing the same workout on the same day! woohoo, let's go!
