Have been working out with Sydney for the past three months and all I can say is this: empowerment. When I think my body won't be able to take a few more weights, a few more reps or some superset, I'm amazed by how much my body can take. And it's because the constant workouts, the combinations she makes. It's a whole combo. I'm on my period rn and I really didn't feel to do anything but I knew if I push myself with one of her videos I'll end up feeling like I said, empowered and with a good mood because she only have positive vibes in every workout. Thank you so much Sydney!!!

My animals keep me calm and very motivated to workout everyday. They even workout with little me and love to dance while we r workout with you! With loud music playing all of the times. And it really helps with the workout to look the part that you are doing. Yesterday we were color coordinated! And I'm finally back on schedule, doing the same workout on the same day! woohoo, let's go!
I procrastinated for an hour before I finally got myself into the basement to do this workout. So glad I did! Thank you for the great workout Sydney and for pushing me to go heavier with my weights. I am proud of myself and everyone else that was able to crush this workout!

My arms and abs are on fire! I did progressive overload with my dumbbells. I’m going to carry the strength into the rest of my day.
