    Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on upper body and abs! We will rock through 3 rounds of every exercise throughout the workout. We will rock for 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some light to medium heavy weights and let's CRUSH IT!

      This!! Abs have been on the menu almost everyday this month and I’m here for it! I’m getting what I call “fat abs” because I’m chunky but I can still see some definition and I live for it!!

      Same, I took 3 days off and I wasnt eating well and did yesterdays workout to get back and yeah I went 100% but not my usual 100%, had to dial it back by taking extra breaks and do some modifications but felt good anyway, just wanted to finish.

    First time ever - actually tried 20s on the last set of shoulder press had to alternate - but I tried!!! I’ve been hesitant due to an injury. Now that I recovered, I gave it a go. Did I fail and have to drop back to 15s? Yes...AND I tried. What did you try today??? Let’s keep trying together 💪🏼 🙌 💕

    After months of physical therapy for my shoulder I did this workout with 5 lb weights and didn't have to modify! Such a huge milestone for me.

    Sydney I think I've told you this too many times but I love you and your workouts and your energy. I love when you tell us "trust yourselves" and encourage us to go heavier, to try going heavier; when you tell us "if you can't, go back to the lighter weight but at least try". Because when I CAN lift heavier, it feels so good! And if you hadn't encouraged me, I wouldn't have tried because I don't trust myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you! For your wisdom, words, optimism, brightness, knowledge!

    Crushed it 💪🏼 I LOVED it!!! Those mermaids!!!!!! That plank combo at the end!!! Loved it!!! My core has gotten so much stronger! Core work has always been the parts of the workouts that humble me and show me I still have work to do but lately I am surprising myself more and more and seeing my strength getting so so much better!!!It feels amazing!!!This week has been 🔥 !! I am loving accelerate!! Thank you Sydney for another kick butt workout that proved to me yet again that I can trust my own strength and that I can go up in weight, that I can do more, thank you for teaching me to believe in my own strength. Thank you thank you ❤️🙌💪🏼

    My new obsession is taking your workouts and treating them as if they were pilates... taking 2kg weights and really pulsing through it to feel the burn... 😁 Why, you ask? Because there is no other fitness instructor that I've ever found that is as incredible as you, Sydney... And just because I already did all your pilates workouts I don't wanna stop spending time with you working out 😥😅 Thank you so much! I appreciate ya more than I could ever put into words! 💛

    SO excited that, on my 33 birthday, it was an arm day! I pushed myself to do 20lbs for shoulder presses, 30lbs for chest presses and stuck with 10lbs for tricep kickbacks and shoulder raises. These are ALL personal bests for me. Thank you so much for pushing me to be my best self physically! Much love everyone, take care and stay safe!

    Sydney is amazing!! She is the ONLY I have stuck with for longer than a few days. I'm on three months now and loving it. I still need a lot of modifications but I know as long as I show up I'm doing what I need to do.

    💪🏾 Crushed it. Ya! When I first started with you Sidney, I would get scared before every workout because I found you intense; yet everyday I came back for more because your combination of moves were new, unique, and interesting. Keeping up with you though challenging was enjoyable. I’ve been training with you for about three years now and I’m happy to say I no longer have that intrepid fear of keeping up; only a smidge at times cus you still crazy with some moves. Lol. I am 43 years and I feel more energetic, powerful, more stamina and perseverance than in my younger years. Thank you Sydney and Dustin. Loving myself and loving you guys.       Keep up the great work! I use to watch the workout before I actually do it because Sydney does have some crazy moves! But now I just do it the first time I see the workout. I know now I can handle anything she throws at us! Even if I have to modify at least I try!

    I pushed so hard today and proved to myself that I can lift that heavier weight. So many PRs for myself today and I am so proud of myself! Go up! TRY! Don't coast! Go back down if needed! Challenge yourself because I guarantee you will surprise yourself! I believe in you ❤

    Ever tried, ever failed, never mind, try again and fail better. If we never put ourselves outside of our comfort zones, we will never know our actual capability. Go ahead and try. It is better to try and fail and learn/test out what your thoughts/mind tells you in the process than regret never knowing if you can do it. Change your mindset and attitude and the rest will show itself. We can do it. Believe it.

    Thank you for all that you do. Losing weight is great, but feeling great is my overall goal. I've been doing your workouts for years. I lost 34 lbs. after my first child.     Solid challenging workout today, getting so much better at sit ups, I can actually sit all the way up where as before I could only crunch! Loving the gradual progression in strength, being able to gauge it through the plank finisher lol and I always love a good arm workout! Crushed it! 💪🏾✨💛

    Lots of failing forward up to this point. When it came time for planks at the end, Sydney said "Trust yourself!" and I decided to. I DID THE WHOLE THING! No rest. No falling. I love seeing how much stronger I'm getting with your help and encouragement, Sydney! Thank You

    I got my 2nd vaccine yesterday so was not feeling super strong going into this arm workout, however, everyone’s comments were so motivating (and of course Sydney always is) that I had an amazing workout! Used 25lb weights for bicep curls for the first time! Woo hoo!

      I think the SAME thing every time she tells us her shoulder press weight. I stay with or above her weights on pretty much everything else but she absolutely destroys me on shoulder press (and occasionally bicep curl) weight!

    I can usually do ab exercises well but I'm not good at exercises involving arms and shoulders. I need to work on that.

    Awesome! Crushed this. My legs are still sore though from leg day! Yesterday I did a walk rather than the video because it hurt too much to jump and move intensely. At least I moved and didn't give up. Thank you sydney. I might not be able to do it all but I find other ways to keep moving!

    Sydney, when I started with you two years ago I remember being out of breath with the warm up and not being able to balance or hold a plank. Now after doing your daily workouts for the last 14 months I was able to do the plank off ... thank you! God bless you.

    Finally able to do all sets of biceps with 20lbs! Also loved the plank set. I have been doing low plank holds for about 2 weeks now after the workouts between 2-5 minutes. Wasn't sure if I could do a long one after this workout, but guys....I got 4 minutes. Keep crushing everyone!

    I fell behind with Mardi Gras weekend and snow days, but picking up today where I left off! I crushed it! It felt so good to be back in the gym, even though I wanted to stay warm inside! 🙋🏼‍♀️💪🏼🔥

    anyone else hate it when you stay at like 15 lbs for the exercise but it’s too easy so you go up to the next weight you have (20 lbs) and it’s too heavy? that’s the worst!!😂😅

    I loved that workout! I felt focused and strong and wanted to push myself. My lower body is still recovering from leg day two days ago and cardio yesterday so it was awesome to focus on upper bod and yes even abs! Proud of everyone!

    So today is Chinese new year. And I thought I was not able to workout. But, after meeting my family, I managed to do this although I was not in the mood for workout. I did this with this week's leg workout from yours and seriously I was happy because I made time for myself. I am gonna take a shower and eat yummy dinner with my family after this!     Slowly have some abs starting to peak out and getting definition in quite a few muscles. Exciting to see at 41! So happy to have found these workouts and love how everyday is different! Also I want your leggings!
