My “why” is to prove myself wrong and push myself to do things I thought were impossible. After working out with Sydney for a few months, I’m convinced that if I can learn to love and look forward to working out, ANYTHING is possible! 💪
My "why" is because I want to prioritize my mental health to be a support system for myself, friends, and family! I respect myself enough, I respect my capabilities enough to challenge myself! You don't have to hate a workout to feel like you've done a great job, this week I've been challenged but I've stepped into the role of actually really loving waking up and focusing on the workout! My “why” is the stress management, by checking in with you and myself when I wake up my day goes by so much easier. I handle stress so much better now, I don’t binge eat because my brain isn’t sending those signals anymore, I’m focused and tuned into myself more than I’ve ever been. I am able to be a better friend and be present and be confident about my individuality.. And it’s all because of this. Happy day 12 to everyone. We make a badass team 💪🏾
I show up every day because this is my me time during the day. I have three small kids so these workouts are everything to me. They make me feel stronger, healthier, happier, they make my endorphins bubble in the absolute best way. I do your workouts everyday when my son takes his first nap. Its my time where I can put everything else on hold. I'm also hoping that fitness will help me weather perimenopause (which I am currently experiencing at age 47) and come out the other side still looking and feeling more or less like myself! Came back after a stressful few weeks at work, followed up by a second COVID dose that kicked my butt. Amazed I could get through this workout (and still proud even though on reduced weights) - we are back baby! Thank you, Sydney, for showing up for us and motivating us, even when things get tough.
Came home from a super stressful day at work that included one three hour long zoom meeting with 25 other people and hit this workout. Feeling refreshed and ready for the weekend!

My why is to be healthier overall and to try and lose weight for my wedding next year. Although it’s still far away, I struggle with losing weight and keeping it off. Love that I found Sydney’s page. I look forward to her workouts every day!

I get up M-F at 4:30 a.m. so that I can get her video in. I feel less stressed through the day of I get my workout in & done. Sydney has motivated me to get up early & I always use to struggle to workout early (even though I like working out early the best). Also, it is freezing here too!! Sydney's workouts are the only time of the day I am warm!
@@sheetalk4 I really enjoy her workouts. Others just weren't hard enough for me. I enjoy doing triathlons (my longest was a 1/2 Ironman). I needed to do strength training & as I get older my body needs the muscle! I'm 44, but I have really gotten leaner doing these videos. I still need modifications for some things, but I don't feel bad about it. Ab work is my hardest & these videos make me do ab/core work. My running has also gotten faster from all of the strength work. I only run 1 time a week, but I'm getting faster.

I woke up with a migraine so I missed my 5 AM workout. I didn't let it stop me when I got home because this is my time to unwind, de-stress, and better my self. I workout for my mental health! I know when my motivation is lacking, that's personally the days I really need to show up for MYSELF. Completing a workout makes me be a better mom. Completing a workout allows me to have the strength I need to carry 40lb twins at the same time. Completing a workout helps me be a better handler/owner for my German Shepherds. Competing a workout helps me be able to LIVE active in all the ways I want. Completing a workout boosts my confidence in trying NEW things/daily life. I am offically 1 year + 3 months into my journey with you Sydney. A goal I've set for myself is to join a Volleyball league post COVID & SHOW OUT BABY. I am now the STRONGEST I've ever been. I am the most confident I've ever been. I am the most active I've ever been! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Your training has saved me & helped me truly realize WHO I AM.

I crushed this workout even though I was tired from working six long days in a row. I’m working a split shift today and I did the workout on my break. The workouts this week have helped me persevere through the busy week. I will finish Week 2 tomorrow by doing the workout from today since I’m a day behind and our weekly stretch.
Remembering my "why" today as I prioritize myself so I can be healthy, happy, and strong. Exercise is crucial to my physical, mental, and emotional health and ensuring that I can be the best mom and wife I can be. I started your workouts March 2020 when quarantine and lockdown began in my state. I went down 3 pant sizes and although I did not measure, I know I lost inches and gained muscle. Thank you for these videos, they make my day and have really changed my life!
Yesterday's workout was not my best. I did a lot of stopping and breathing but didn't leave. I loved today's workout even though it wasn't necessarily "hard". Strength week has been such a great week! Can't wait to see what she has in store for us next week!
My why is to take care of my mental and physical well being, especially after some set backs I have had in the last couple years. Plus the sense of accomplishment, improvement and pride I feel each day after my workout is priceless.
My why - exercise helps SO MUCH with my anxiety!! No matter what happens today, I crushed something really challenging and so whatever gets thrown my way I can do it! On days where I can't get a work out in for whatever circumstance I feel soooo crummy and anxious. Thank you Sydney!
I have been doing these work outs with you daily for the last 11 months (since I was about 4 months postpartum) and I think this was the first time I actually did dance along at the end of the workout with you!! Such a hard day and then to close it all out with a workout with you and your positivity and optimism.. I couldn’t help but dance! My WHY: I found that I felt physically and mentally stronger, happier and healthier on the days that I did Sydney over my other workouts, so I committed to showing up every day for myself! No matter how I feel that day, I know I'll feel amazing afterwards and that all I have to do is show up and start. What a gift you give us all, Sydney! So thankful for you!
WOW what a great way to start my day! This was such a good workout and a super sweaty one too. Pushed myself really hard and feel great after doing so. I crushed this workout even though I was tired from working six long days in a row. I’m working a split shift today and I did the workout on my break. The workouts this week have helped me persevere through the busy week. I will finish Week 2 tomorrow by doing the workout from today since I’m a day behind and our weekly stretch.
Remembering my "why" today as I prioritize myself so I can be healthy, happy, and strong. Exercise is crucial to my physical, mental, and emotional health and ensuring that I can be the best mom and wife I can be. I'd love to know everyone else's "why"- what (or who) is the reason that gets you on the mat no matter what?
Why because I know I have been healthier, I want integrity to fall into place. I want all aspects of good health

This is my me time, and really helps me cope with whatever the day brings, I especially handle stress better. And when things / life gets tougher, I do a 2nd workout later in the day to decompress

I started your workouts March 2020 when quarantine and lockdown began in my state. I went down 3 pant sizes and although I did not measure, I know I lost inches and gained muscle. Thank you for these videos, they make my day and have really changed my life!

Yesterday's workout was not my best. I did a lot of stopping and breathing but didn't leave. I loved today's workout even though it wasn't necessarily "hard". Strength week has been such a great week! Can't wait to see what she has in store for us next week!

My why is to take care of my mental and physical well being, especially after some set backs I have had in the last couple years. Plus the sense of accomplishment, improvement and pride I feel each day after my workout is priceless.
My why - exercise helps SO MUCH with my anxiety!! No matter what happens today, I crushed something really challenging and so whatever gets thrown my way I can do it! On days where I can't get a work out in for whatever circumstance I feel soooo crummy and anxious. Thank you Sydney!

I have been doing these work outs with you daily for the last 11 months (since I was about 4 months postpartum) and I think this was the first time I actually did dance along at the end of the workout with you!! Such a hard day and then to close it all out with a workout with you and your positivity and optimism.. I couldn’t help but dance!
