How does Sydney know exactly what to say to make me tear up at the end of a work out? I needed to hear her say that even if we need to take time off, that's not giving up. I had to take last week off just from not feeling mentally and physically my best self, and I felt so guilty! I tell you, today I had a hectic and tiring afternoon, but then when I heard we were tackling Turkish get ups in this workout, my focus became really sharp. I told myself that Sydney can get through a challenge, and others in this community are pushing themselves, which means I can do it too. Perfection is not the standard of progress!!! Thank you Sydney for the reminder today that listening to your body and taking rest and active stretch days or working on sleep/hydration/nutrition is still working hard and then you come right back into the workouts when ready and feeling good. I had to take one extra rest day last week for that very reason and you confirmed my decision today. Plus my body felt great and I was able to push hard in that workout today!!! Crushed Day 22!! I louth in self guilty and am definitely my own worst critic. When I make detour from my path and indulge in wine or sweets, I find myself constantly thinking about how wrong I did and how bad I was at not staying on track. I needed today and you to remind me that it's ok, and I can get back on track just as easily as I got off track. I showed up, focused, increased weight and nailed each exercise! The Turkish get-ups were fun and I am definitely getting stronger. Thank you for reminding me that I do not need to hate myself and perfection is not the standard of progress!!

LOVING LEARNING!!!! It amazes me what Sydney can teach us over the internet! I have managed a gym and I have been a personal trainer. However, I have never ever tried to do these new moves. Turkish get up and the snatches. I am LOVING learning these moves! Yes, I am slow, and yes, I am learning! Loved this workout! Not sure if all my sweat was from workout, some was the nerves of holding the weight over my head on the get ups! Yay us!

Omg this is what I needed today ! IM BACK ! After being away for the last 3 months due to a back injury than got sick and ended up in the hospital due to my chronic stomach issues . I have never felt more alive and myself today . All because of you Sydney . You have been the biggest inspiration on my fitness journey . I almost gave up but I would go back and watch the end of your videos and listen to you messages of positivity and never give up on myself . Well it worked and I’m back . I was in the same situation about 2 weeks ago. Was having stomach pains and had to be admitted into the hospital for a week so they could run tests. It was hard, but I was able to jump back into the workouts once I was feeling better! Glad you were able to do the same!
The “no self-guilt” message couldn’t come at a better time for me personally. I just came back from (a very needed) vacation, but I found myself feeling worthless for not getting my normal workouts in during that time, even though I replaced them with equipment free workouts and went hiking and jogging. I never give myself any credit! Thanks for the reminder of how strong and capable we are! 💪❤️✨

My husband came in and tried to have a full on conversation with me about where and when and who is picking up the kids afterschool today, while I was in the middle of turkish get ups!!!!! I kept going and somehow managed to answer all his questions and not knock myself out lol. Great work out. Favourite part of my day!

I have worked out religiously for years but had definitely plateaued, especially after giving up my gym membership during the time of Covid 19. Your workouts have changed my life - newly inspired me, given something to look forward to every morning, and made me visibly stronger over the past couple of months. I don’t miss any of them and I tell everyone I know about your channel. I could not believe I was doing that last exercise today with a 25 lb dumbbell and it didn’t feel impossibly hard! Thank you!

I thought there was no way I’d be able to do the full Turkish getup without falling over, but I tried and not only could I do it, I did the whole circuit. Truly getting stronger every day, and getting so much better at not giving up thanks to Syd!
CRUSHED IT. I did exactly what you said at (46:30). This weekend I listened to my body & gave it what it needed (stretching, nutrious food, lots of water, rest & outdoor time.) Thank god I did becasue I absolutely demolished todays workout because my body was READY. THANK YOU for being such a fantastic coach!!! I would not be where I am today without you!
The Turkish getup was easier today than last week. I even made it up to my knee. I felt a lot of strength in my core when doing it. I couldn't have done it without you, Sydney! Looking forward to tomorrow's workout.

I thought there was no way I’d be able to do the full Turkish getup without falling over, but I tried and not only could I do it, I did the whole circuit. Truly getting stronger every day, and getting so much better at not giving up thanks to Syd!

CRUSHED IT. I did exactly what you said at (46:30). This weekend I listened to my body & gave it what it needed (stretching, nutrious food, lots of water, rest & outdoor time.) Thank god I did becasue I absolutely demolished todays workout because my body was READY. THANK YOU for being such a fantastic coach!!! I would not be where I am today without you!

Thank you Sydney! I've been doing your workouts now for 5 months and have completed Ignite, Accelerate and now in my last week of Burn. I have lost inches, become stronger physically and mentally (and emotionally). I love your workouts and look forward to them daily. Your talk at the end helps me as I'm sure it does alot of people.
