    Loved the combos. The oblique V up were the hardest for me.
    I also liked the gorilla thing at the beginning.

    👍 💕 Could you do a Shorts to show back view of doing Reverse Raise as I'm not sure about the arms positioning; do we move them towards back of butt or at the sides? 🙏

    I just started watching your channel and I love your workouts! But I am so confused how you do this barefoot 😮 I am so clumsy I’ll def drop a weight on my toe.

      So glad you’re here, welcome! Once I started training at home 2.5 years ago, I stopped wearing shoes. It takes some getting used to, but it is truly superior in terms of balance & control. You should always be in full control of whatever weight you’re using because it would hurt a lot if you dropped it on your feet - shoes or no shoes 💕

      I was feeling the same, but for my feet, it is much better doing the workout without shoes. It forces me to stay focused and pay attention to what I am doing. So far, I haven't dropped any weights on my feet yet. But I bumped into a chair and this hurt...;-). You will love the workouts, they are challenging (some of them really challenging) but doable.

      Not something I would provide - just leads to competition, comparison, and using totally wrong weight for you. What I use - and what I use in a filmed workout - wouldn’t help you determine challenging weight for you 💕

    While I like your workouts. It is important to make sure you offer a break between each new exercise so your audience is able to follow correctly and not risk injury between each transition.

      It’s best if you pause the video and learn the movement. You can also preview the workout before starting. Many things you can do to tailor the workout to yourself
