I've taken a few weeks to digest Katy Perry's new song. I think the disappointment isn't in her talent...we know she has it...and I think that is what's so frustrating about this new single. Katy has pushed out some really great hits, but this one does not showcase her talent as well as some of her older hits. I've taken a few weeks to digest Katy Perry's new song. I think the disappointment isn't in her talent...we know she has it...and I think that is what's so frustrating about this new single. Katy has pushed out some really great hits, but this one does not showcase her talent as well as some of her older hits. I can only speak for myself, but I was excited when I heard Katy was coming back to the music scene until she went the parody, satire route instead of being secure to show her true self. Like when she sang Never Worn White! That was beautiful!!
