I love this, due to passenger negligence, a 7kg bag was closer to 40kg... i lay in pain on the floor for 2 months. Shout out to Jessica for providing the tools and aid for my recovery.

Felt great for my back. I love table top workouts, very fun. I've got scolosis and poor posture so, some movements were very difficult but I know that even if I didn't do them right, it's still good movement for my body. Thanks :)

Would you reccomend this to someone with hyper mobility? I did this yesterday and tried to keep my hips and spine stable whilst doing so but today my back hurts but I can't tell if it's supposed to?

This may be a silly question. I’m a beginner following your videos. Should we stretch after doing these exercises?
I noticed your question went unanswered, I hope I can help. I'm a pilates instructor as well. Jessica does a great job sticking to the classical exercises which strengthen and stretch your body. You are totally working on flexibility along with strength and balance when you are doing these workouts so I personally wouldn't recommend further stretching unless there's something in your body you feel needs extra attention :)
