- Welcome to beginner Toned Back & Strong Spine: Pilates Workout for Women. If you're dealing with back pain or wish to achieve a more toned and stronger back, this is the workout for you. We'll guide you through back muscle exercises for thoracic, cervical and lumber, spine. I'll be using two 1 kg or 2 lb weights to add that extra oomph to the workout. Let's get started.
