      Definitely workouts are great but for myself the dark background set up doesn’t give a good vibe. Not sure if you could go back to background set up used for summertime workout. Thanks

      Loved the workout! I kinda miss having the workout length in the thumbnail and you announcing the weight of the dumbbells you're using. Either way, great workout! Crushed it.

    So after all these years I believe that Sydney’s 30 min workouts are so much sweatier than the longer ones

    Didn’t do this workout today as it was similar to Saturday’s workout. Went into videos and found a 39 minute band workout and it helped stretch from Saturday.

      I agree my legs are still sore from Saturday. I was hoping we would do upper body since it’s been a few days and was surprised when I looked at my calendar last night and saw legs again.

    Still pretty sore from Saturday’s lower body workout so I went a little lighter and slower but it felt so good mobilizing the quads and glutes ☺️. Thank you for the great workout, Sydney ❤️!

    another fab workout - Didn't sleep well last night - got a total of 3 hours max did not miss my workout at 5:30 am my alarm went off even though I was wide awake at 4 am again - Uggh - I feel I gave myself 95 percent to this workout - and that's a win in my books - It's Monday - going to crush it too

    I have been doing Sydneys workouts for 3 years, but bodyweight. Last night I decided to take the plunge and get adjustable dumbbells! This is my first workout using them!! Feeling like I deserve this!!! What a great workout!!!

    I think I crushed it, but I more think this workout crushed me! I’m dripping in sweat, legs are shaking and I’m still trying to catch my breath. Phew! I did it though…feeling accomplished 💪🏼

    I did Saturdays workout on Sunday so I had to switch this one up for an old cardio and abs video. It felt weird to go outside of the schedule but I had to do what I needed for my body and my body said no for legs two days in a row. Will save this one for later in the week. It looks like it will be a killer!

    Ooohh yessss another good one! I am LOVING these 30 min workouts!! No excuse not to go hard or get it done!! Please please keep it up! Doesn’t matter if you workout 3,4,5 days a week! These 3@ min workouts are completely sufficient or with any 30 min cardio add on! Go hard and let’s get it done family!!

    MAN......I am spent! I dont know if I crushed it crushed it, but I did it. Recovering from a back injury so moving a little more cautiously than I have in the past. It felt so good to push myself, checking my form all the way. Thank you Sydney, as always.

    I'm coming back a day later, after doing this workout to say, Wow!. This was a great leg day for me. I pushed myself to use my heaviest weights. I worked until failure. I could barely lunge towards the end of that workout. Today, I am feeling a soreness I haven't felt in a long time. I feel good. I am so glad I did this workout. Thank you.
