Reading all the comments and i'm shocked how many of yous do your workouts at 5am. Bravo for all of yous getting it done so early. This workout was no joke. I could never do this workout first thing in the morning.

Me too. I did a different video. It killed me the first time I did it & today I felt so much stronger doing it. It was 3 1/2 min ladder weight & body weight exercise. I am excited to do this video tomorrow!
I was waiting but I knew I wanted to do this workout so I’ll be rocking it after work and school. Exercises: -Back Squats and walking lunges -Shoulder presses and bicep curls -Sit-ups and around the worlds with side twist -Romanian Deadlifts and lateral lunges -Bent Row and chest flys -Leg lifts and plank hip dips -Glute bridges with abduction and Superman with abduction -Tricep skull crushers and lateral raises -Bicycles and single leg lift crunches

Sydney!!! I was not able to do this workout since I needed to work out at 5:30 am, HOWEVER i did a 50 min full body from last month and WOW, what a blessing in disguise. I remember doing that workout and struggling and I did it today feeling SO STRONG!! It was actually so amazing to notice progress even though I had to miss this one

I ended up doing the workout that you posted on New Years Day instead this morning, because I missed that one due to a gnarly hangover 😂 it was actually really fulfilling to be able to finally crush that one while my body’s feeling strong! Woke up at 4 this morning per usual and the workout wasn’t up. I refreshed maybe 100 times. I try to workout before my toddler does so I can have that time. So, I went about my work day. I got home and had no intentions of working out until I got on the tube and saw it was uploaded. I contemplated for a while and just decided to go ahead and do it. And I would’ve regretted it had I not because I feel absolutely amazing.
I paniced when i got up at 530 and the workout wasnt posted. I found another 50min video and did that imstead. Ill try to do this one on sunday. Have a good day all!

I wasn't super excited to do an AMRAP with four-minute circuits, but this went by fast and was very doable and fun! Sydney and Dustin, you guys ROCK and I'm so thankful for these amazing workouts that are the perfect balance to cultivate strength while also challenging myself! :))

Personaly I think its more effective to do like 30% legs 30%upper and 30% abs in one go, feel muscles much more tired in the end then when rotating all the time(eventhough I did all workouts w 20kg db), but thats probably me, thanks for challenging and motivating so many ppl!!!! PS: Dont soften up, most of your 2 yrs ago workouts are more challenging then tday ones ;)

Anyone who is debating getting a resistance band - DO IT!! It has really helped me strengthen my glutes/hips and has made me more stable in everything I do. She has 3 tensions, I only have a medium, but it's perfect.
I love AMRAP workouts, and this full-body workout was great! 👍Wow, for 50 minutes, the time sure flew by! I really get in the zone in those 4-minute work periods. I find myself not even watching the clock, I just keep pumping out the reps. 💪😅I feel "accelerated" this morning after this, and I want to keep this energy moving forward throughout my day.
Another amazing workout. It was a huge challenge, especially lower body but I loved every second of it. I'm already seeing my body change and I feel so much stronger.

4 am here. I work out in the afternoon I bloat like a blow fish.
I used to wait for the afternoons but now I do mornings and I really enjoy it!
