    Just did this workout during shoulder injury recovery, I love that she has so many workouts for all different levels and I am coming into my own where I don't feel bad about modifying or just leaving an exercise out if it doesn't serve me now. When we get injured we often worry about what that means for our healthy plan, I have felt so bad about not being able to continue with the plan I had in motion, but now I realize that being able to overcome hardship and reevaluating what is right for me at this moment and doing something rather than nothing is always the best solution!
    Sydney is a great motivator and I enjoy the warmup, routine, then cool down all included in one video!
    Thank you! and to anyone out there struggling to recover from injury know you can and will get back to where you were and better if you let yourself go with the flow and be easy on yourself, mentally, physically and emotionally! YOU aren't alone!!!!

    I'm actually glad that you removed the calorie burned. It made me realize that I was caring about that number. The important thing in working out shouldn't be about numbers, it should be about how it feels, how it makes you stronger 💪. Also I'm sad that I won't be able to do this workout due to my past knee injury. ☹️

      @@veronicahancock3245 Aww thank you so much and I hope you get well soon! Just be careful and patient. My knee is so much better in comparison with last year and I'm soo grateful for what it can do for me but still trying to be careful and not push too hard on it.

      I'm doing it also with weighting me NOT every day, as I understand I was getting a little paranoid about it and I have to say it works. I'm less stressed and I'm eating better also :)

    I love 30 minute formats since they are so motivating, that in many cases I stack them up and add another one and from whatever reason it´s much easier for me than doing one single big work out!

    This is from around the same time that I started doing Sydney’s workouts (or at least before I knew to hit the “like” button for them). I’m quite sure that I modified the crunch V sit-ups back then, but I did them without too much of a problem today! It’s so fun to do these again and to understand how to do each of the components of all of the moves. Thanks for guiding us through the years, Sydney!

    This was an extremely hard workout. Sweat was in my eyes as Sydney was saying it was for her. Happy healthy and strong ....every day mantra. Hydration and sleep is on the top for my to do list. Wonderful workout for Wed 10th of August 2022. Thanks again for posting these. 💕

    That one was a great challenge and time just flew by!!! Those ab moves were tough today and had to modify a lot in my surgery recovery, but I worked my hardest and I am proud of myself!!! CRUSHED IT! Working on Hydration and sleep. Summer my sleep pattern gets off track and I need to get back up to speed with school starting just around the corner!!     Today I feel great! I will continue to keep this momentum! Everyday this is my goal! To be happy and healthy. Eating super clean with NOTHING processed has changed my life! It all began with Hashimoto Hypothyroidism. Today, after 3 years, I am better, stronger, happier and healthier!! I will continue to grow within, with these workouts with Sydney and all aspects of my life! Yay for today!

    Finding joy in the journey, thank you for reminding me of that. This is a life change and definitely a journey and I’m finally learning to find joy in it. My eating habits and sleep have been the hardest because I love my tortillas and carbs, but finding a balance has been the key. Love ya girl, thank you for taking this journey with me!!

    I normally don't have the ab strength to lift my leg in that capacity during ab exercises but these May workouts have certainly changed that! Yeah ab strength!! Supa strong!!

    I've been doing these videos for a few months and my girlfriend, who is a runner, joined me for the first time today because she hasn't been able to run due to the fires and smoke (we're in California) and she crushed it! She said it was hard but she got through it and even said she'd do some more ab videos on her cross training days. Thanks for the vids! :)

    Today's workout was supposed to be a 45 minute leg and abs workout but I didn't think I'd have the time. I searched the channel and found a 30 minute workout that I felt was more doable with my schedule. I'm proud of myself for not skipping. I also did the whole workout without pausing the video for a breather so that was exciting. Not having time is a real game changer.

    Today I am going to work on eating right every meal, hydration, and not drinking alcohol. I think the not drinking alcohol is my biggest challenge. by the end of the day I am hurting from MS pain and still have a ton of stuff to accomplish and a drink or two help me get by. In my head they do anyways. So that's my goal. Thankful for you and the team!!!!!!!!

    This is such a great channel! I've been pretty physically active most of my life. I started skateboarding when I was 13 and went on to get a few sponsors over those years but when I started getting older I found myself getting more interested in strength training & the athletic endurance side of being an athlete. I'm glad I found this channel because it gives me a much needed diversity in my workout routines

    LOVED!!!!! Crushed it!! This went by so quickly. My core is getting stronger. I no longer dread the flutters. :)

    Just killed this workout, I don't have weights here at home but I used (sealed) cat litter and laundry detergent to get an awesome burn! You've got this, never give up on yourself because you deserve it!

    Even though the workout was only 30min it was an intense 30min and felt the burn in those legs and core. Crushed it!!

    Thank you so much, Sydney,for inspiring me to get things done today. I was tempted, for a brief moment, to simply stay in and hibernate on this coldest day of the winter-so far. Instead, I modified your workout to fit me and will be doing things at home I need to get done. 👍🏻
