This is a long comment : THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT SYDNEY( let me first list the OBVIOUS ones, since we all would have noticed these,so in no particular order): 1.Shoes , clothes, makeup💄 2.Immovable BUN 3. Infectious ENERGY 4. CORNY jokes 5. BICEP curl strength ( i need two wrists on each hand to lift that) The "not so OBVIOUS ones " things i love about her and appreciate her for : 1.She can TALK the entire work period and keep pushing us throughout, i cant even catch my breath properly 😛 2. She is so genuine to not put clickbaits in her videos ( like lose weight with this video or get tighter this or that with this video) 3. Brings better quality workout with each passing day even though her subscribers dont grow at a faster rate.( we all know she deserves so much more). 4. Her words resonate with you for the entire day , coz she works diligently to give a good cooldown speeCh. 5 .Looks like a doll after the workout ( whereas i end up looking like Annabelle 😆) Feel free to add what you have noticed about her and absolutely love.💜
Second time doing this program and I love it. I loved this workout. I surprised myself and loved the last set of plank row and burpee! Another great workout!

This was not my favorite format, but I stayed positive and #crushed it. Curtsy tap/standing twist and plank row/weighted burpee were my favorite exercises today. Thanks for these workouts, I appreciate all you do Sydney
Not mine either, but I stuck it out and I'm glad I did. Because of a stress fracture in my foot I had to modify a lot, but I still crushed it as best I could.
Same here! And I think it was because the intervals were so short that I didn't really feel the same burn I usually do (with the exception of the longer intervals). I stuck it out but couldn't quite get into the zone today.
I loved the format of going up in reps each circuit and then back down - it made this 40 min workout go FAST! I normally only ever do 30 min ones so I am stepping out of my comfort zone here and this helped a ton!
CRUSHED IT ! Feel amazing and I managed to complete it before I go away today. I prioritised myself. Thanks Sydney for all your motivations. Hope everyone’s having a fabulous day

This made me realize that my conditioning needs some work. This and the leg workout beat me up but not because of the difficulty of the moves just the pace and how quickly I would get out of breath and feel like I need to stop but I pushed ahead and finished. Hope the conditioning improves throughout the month and hopefully years to come! Day 5…done!
I felt this one as well, as I was still feeling the effects of the leg workout from yesterday. I walk between 7 to 9 miles a day, but this one was catching up to me! We did it though, stay strong!

This has got to be my favorite HIIT workout from Sydney. Ever! I loved everything about it. The moves were fun, and the change of pace kept things exciting. I had two breakthroughs today. The first was with the up and down hamstring stretch in the warm-up. I used to have to hold onto a wall or place a dumbbell like a yoga block because I couldn't reach all the way down. Now my hands are on the ground and I can move at the same pace Sydney does. That alone had me hyped for the workout. Then I actually did the plank rows on my toes. That was a first. I normally can't do them without dropping weight drastically and then for only a few reps. I stayed on my toes, I bumped up in weight, and I kept up a good pace. This is the best start to my day/week ever. Thank you Sydney!
Compound moves alway make me feel like a noodle after finishing a set 😂 Love how Sydney manages to laugh and talk through the pain, it takes real strength to motivate someone while struggling yourself ❤️ Congrats Sydney Squad we #crushedit !

I firmly believe the longer warm ups and cool downs help my workouts and recovery. Warming up I feel more confident starting. Cooling down I feel calmed down and loose, ready to start my day.

Holy moly I do not like these HIIT workouts but I know they work. I sweat so much I needed a roll of bounty quicker picker upper to wipe down my mat then scrubbed it with Lysol wipes. Thank you Sydney for your time and dedication, I appreciate all you do for us. I love you and I recommend you to all my friends and coworkers❤️

I really liked the format. Good one! Keeps you engaged. True! That workout just whizzed by. Although I think a 30s work and 15s rest gives a much needed breather in these kinds of intense HIIT workouts.

It will do. Last year when I started I used to sometimes pause the video and catch my breath then restart.
