But now beyond that they have changed how I workout and now I get a really intense workout 5-6 days a week at home instead of just 2 classes a week at the gym. The leg raise and mountain climbers circuit killed my lower abs!!!!! Life happens and I had vacation and such a busy work load. 10 days away seemed like an eternity. This was my “welcome back”. I loved it. I feel great. The ripple right now is a protein shake 😂😁 I’m excited for what’s to come! Thank you Sydney

This was my first time doing this workout because last year when this was posted I was recovering from Surgery and missed out!! This was a great challenge!!! I loved the added cardio component to this one because we're moving into a more cardio month in December. I was proud of what my body could do and how I didn't quit!!! A few months ago I would have rolled my eyes at the person who said you will WANT to workout Christmas morning, but there I was working on that Christmas Sweat! My motivational word for this workout…Healthier Me… because that’s what I am! Almost 45 pounds gone, off of high BP meds, and no longer pre-diabetic! Finally below 200 and haven’t seen that side of the scale in years! I could say thank you, and will, but honestly it’s all me….I come to your channel day after day on my own….but always yours because of your motivational speeches at the end! Thank you for those!!!!

I don't weigh myself anymore and honesty I think diet has more to do with weight loss than exercise cause it's a package deal. I did pull out a pair of jeans on Sunday that I had tucked away awhile ago because they were too tight and ended up wearing them - so there's that. :-) Good luck on your journey, hope to see you here again!

This workout kicked my butt in a good way. My power words were fit and strong. I'm already fit no matter what my body looks like. Fitness isn't having defined abs. Fitness is all about my ability to work hard, and that makes me strong. It really helped me push through some of the most challenging parts. I loved the ending circuit. Ending on a power move always makes me feel super strong.
That was super challenging! Wowza! Like Sydney reminded us, we ordered our grocery delivery so we are set up for good food this week! Let's go strong team!
Thanks for a great workout. This month I am focusing on eating healthy food, more meal and snack preps so I am not reaching for a low nutritional value snacks - no more calorie counting!!! Just eating well and feeling better.

Thanks for a great workout. This month I am focusing on eating healthy food, more meal and snack preps so I am not reaching for a low nutritional value snacks - no more calorie counting!!! Just eating well and feeling better.

Oh this workout made me cry. I enjoyed doing it but this AMRAP was killer. Thank you for an amazing workout. The ripple effect has begun hopefully each decision I make positively effects the next and so on and so forth: all starts with my healthy lifestyle working out nutritious food and plenty of water .
