When I started with Sydney I couldn’t do a full body push-up to save my life. Now - I made it through that entire circuit doing push-ups on my toes. Crushed this one. ❤️
Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells throughout but stopped at around 13 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
You’d think that the weights would be the hardest part of this workout, but nooooo the dips and pushups after the weights were the hardest. Crushed it though.
Girl that pushup circuit was no joke. I was vibrating like a Nokia phone but I finished :) gotta work on getting these arms back after a little bit of time off.
Sydney’s speech at the end was perfect. I didn’t feel strong because I definitely struggled throughout the workout but that means we were working hard and pushing past what’s comfortable. Thank you for always hitting us with these important, empowering reminders, Sydney ❤️!!
And just remember that whatever you accomplish is way more than if you were sitting on the couch and didn’t try at all. It will be so exciting to see where you are a few months from now.
@@tammyswankowski1135 your message is so encouraging ❤️! thank you so much Tammy! im blessed to be on this journey alongside such beautiful people like you!
When i started with Sydney 2 months ago I was not able to do a single superman and today i was matching my reps with her OMG... how strong i m feeling !!! All thanks to u #sydneycummings Stay blessed forever dear 🤗
Sydney should do a detailed video on how to go about doing pushups when you're a beginner. Also I started from doing pushups on my knees then onto pushup and release on my toes to regular pushups on my toes. Great job.
I haven't missed a workout since starting with Sydney in Transcend last December. She's been a lifesaver physically and mentally for me in coping with this past year. Today I decided to put on some shorts in anticipation of summer and this is the best they've fit, literally, in years! 😭 of joy!! Thanks, Sydney, for creating such high-quality exercise regimens, making them accessible to everyone and challenging me to be the best version of me!
Im so proud to recommend Sydney to my friends, family, people I know, because these workouts are so worth to do...so worth it!!! We all are so blessed to have Sydney.

LOVE AMRAP! Best format to work on increasing weight and strength for upper body at my own pace. This is where I knock out 1,2 or 3 reps of a move at a heavy weight I normally can’t manage. Upper body is my challenge!
Good morning team! I used to be confused by the amrap format but I’ve really grown to love it, and I always love a good upper body day. The body weight set was the biggest challenge of course but I tried inclined push ups and alternated between toes and knees.. I’m getting so much stronger and I can always gauge it by my push ups. Love that these are pre programmed for us because it takes a step off of a healthy lifestyle when you don’t have to think so hard about which workout you want to do. I always recommend Sydney to anyone I know because we all have busy lives and I also know it’s so possible to fit in a small percentage of your day to tap in to your body. Just makes you so much more aware of the other areas you could improve in whether it be nutrition or lifestyle. Being aware is the first step! I definitely talk too much on here but I’m just spreading love and personal insight. Keep pushing team! Happy day 10 of Burn friends!
I am playing Sydney’s Daily Wisdom (31:08) for my 7 year old right now because he is agonizing about how hard school is. Thank you for being who you are Sydney!!
I absolutely love these 30 and 40 minute workouts, especially the AMRAP ones. I have fibromyalgia so doing 45 to 60 minute workouts can be really tough for me. These slightly shorter ones are definitely a sweet spot for me.
Another awesome start to my day!!! funny story from yesterday.... My oldest daughter overheard me logging into my 2nd grade zoom class and she says, " Mom, you sound just like Sydney!!!"... day 66!!!!! Feeling the love and passing it on!!! xoxo

Sydney, I was so bad at pushups in physical ed that I couldn't do even a single pushup and always got the least score in pushups. And now I can do them quite easily, thanks to you!!! Also I would suggest making a 2 or 3 minute video guiding on beginners to do pushups, burpees and planks, these require great technique and form. What do you say???
AMRAP always challenge me. I'm spoiled and like to follow along with Sydney...so I did my best to keep up with her during this session. Toughest part, definitely the push ups and trusting that I can go heavier 💪🏽 ♥️ 🙌🏾

If its safe, double up (ie hold 2 dumbbells in each hand) but only if it’s safe and comfortable for you. That what I used to do until I could get heavier weights. All the best!
I cannot thank Sydney enough for the motivation and proper form coaching that she gives. I have been my biggest obstacle to building strength, always thinking the next 5lbs up will be too heavy for me. I do not think I would be seeing the changes in my arms, legs, abs if not for her programs. Doing exercises in the proper form also makes all the difference in the world. If you don't think Sydney's workouts are for you, they look too tough, just try it and you just may find yourself buying heavier dumbbells pretty soon.
