When I started with Sydney I couldn’t do a full body push-up to save my life. Now - I made it through that entire circuit doing push-ups on my toes. Crushed this one. ❤️

Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells throughout but stopped at around 13 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

Good morning team! I used to be confused by the amrap format but I’ve really grown to love it, and I always love a good upper body day. The body weight set was the biggest challenge of course but I tried inclined push ups and alternated between toes and knees.. I’m getting so much stronger and I can always gauge it by my push ups.
Love that these are pre programmed for us because it takes a step off of a healthy lifestyle when you don’t have to think so hard about which workout you want to do. I always recommend Sydney to anyone I know because we all have busy lives and I also know it’s so possible to fit in a small percentage of your day to tap in to your body. Just makes you so much more aware of the other areas you could improve in whether it be nutrition or lifestyle. Being aware is the first step!
I definitely talk too much on here but I’m just spreading love and personal insight. Keep pushing team! Happy day 10 of Burn friends!

I cannot thank Sydney enough for the motivation and proper form coaching that she gives. I have been my biggest obstacle to building strength, always thinking the next 5lbs up will be too heavy for me. I do not think I would be seeing the changes in my arms, legs, abs if not for her programs. Doing exercises in the proper form also makes all the difference in the world. If you don't think Sydney's workouts are for you, they look too tough, just try it and you just may find yourself buying heavier dumbbells pretty soon.

Muscle fatigue from pushing hard. I lived in the burn and stuck with it. Thank you taking the programing off my plate so I can focus on other aspects that help me improve!

    Burn day 10 ✅
I think it's the best upper body workout when you are short on time. Loved it and saving it for future. 👍❤️

Push-ups are the hardest…..I really struggle with upper body strength. Working on it!

Thank you, Sydney. Hardest circuit was the bench press and kick backs. My right shoulder is showing signs of wear, and I need to dial it back and recover on that side. Thanks for being a great coach. Thanks too to all those who workout together! love, Jackie

Love AMRAP days. The last circuit which was the bodyweight circuit was hard and challenging. Sydney I have another colleague of mine who I had introduced to your workouts....does these workouts along with her daughter. We were raving what a great personal trainer we have.😍

I love AMRAP workouts! I used to hate upper body but now they make me feel so strong. I coupled this with a 30 min compound workout so extra upper body and man am I feeling it today. Thank you Sydney 😊

REPS 2!!! Push ups for my poor aging shoulders. I did try the push ups on the bench today. Thank you!
