    WEEK 2 OF ACTIVATE LET'S GOOOO! I am so proud of you all and I'm so pumped to crush this week ahead! This workout definitely tested our endurance and I'm proud of you for pushing yourself. Let me know in the comments what your goal is for week 2 of ACTIVATE! My goal is to stay strong and keep great technique as I get stronger with you and push you to feel your strongest!

      My week 2 goal in terms of working out is "pushing hard". Progressive overload, better form and showing up daily. 💪
      Oh and to figure out a way to do proper push up 😩 i still can't do knee push ups all the way down🥲

      Ughh I need motivation I was down with covid for the last two weeks feeling no energy managed to swing three of activate videos but now that I'm better I need a push to get back into and not be so hard on myself I keep telling myself it's ok and I NEEDED to recover. But still kind of bearing myself up

    This is honestly the best channel for workouts on RUclips I come here every single day without fail for a workout or a stretch if you're new to this channel and you're wondering if it's worth it let me tell you this trainer is the real deal these workouts are challenging rewarding and they have changed my life and my body in ways I didn't think possible.

      @@rsamitha Videos post everyday at 5am EST. Thursdays and Sundays are built in recovery days, no new upload but also great days to get a stretch video in from her library. Or active rest doing something else.

    I have been working out with Sydney for 2-3 years and consistency is the key that has made all the difference. Working out with Sydney is part of my lifestyle conscious choice and I can only say I am healthier, happier, and stronger than before. Show up where you are at and just start, don't wait for the right time/right circumstances. Today is the time. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do, Sydney and team.     Thanks Sydney for inspiring my wife and I to become more active in the last six months. My wife went to Fitcation last year and came home pumped up, which got me on board. I have lost 40lbs in the last 4 months.

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (42:58): "You do not have to start and expect perfection to start any results...You don't have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great." (43:31): "The only expectation for any type of results is you start and you just don't quit. Perseverance is the whole battle, not perfection, not knowing all the answers before you start. You just start. And you decide when you start, no matter what, you're not gonna give up." (44:49): "The only thing that you have to know is you're gonna face challenges, and that you're not going to let them stop you." Just start, and don't quit. So simple, but definitely not easy! Crushing week 2 of Activate!

    The gyms closed during the pandemic and I never returned when the gyms opened back up, because of Sydney workouts. I'm in better shape today and continue to feel motivated!! Thank you tremendously Sydney!!

    I miss Sydney's little dances at the end of each workout haha! I am loving the ACTIVATE program so far. Thankful for Sydney's workouts as I can't afford gym membership (also can't go out because of the pandemic). I enjoy training with Sydney because she is not only your personal trainer but your friend.

    I've been consistently doing these for 3 years and they got me to enjoy and love working out almost daily. Ive never in my life enjoyed working out as much as I have doing it with Sydney! These videos are the best and if my diet was better Id be in the best physical appearance shape of my life at 33. But I enjoy wine and tacos too much but Im still significantly stronger than I've ever been.

    Thank you so much, Sydney. Wasn't feeling a lot of energy today, and seeing it was a 40 min after the week of 30, felt not at my best going into the workout. "No expectations here except show up, do your best, don't quit," and with your help I didn't quit. God bless you, Sydney! And thank you for helping me establish more consistency with the 30 min workout week! It feels good to move my body!

    I didn't crush today's workout. It was hard for me though I did modify the exercises that I could not do. For those ladies like me who are in their late 60s and have the beginnings of osteoporosis , modifications are necessary. I don't expect to be able to do exercises like a 30 year old but you can modify for your ability. Sometimes my knee tells me to lay off the weights for the day. I listen to my body. Instead I will sub to a less stressful exercise. I did finish todays program (and built up a sweat) so I am happy. Just don't quit. Modify to your ability and listen to your body. What I hoped to achieve with working out with Sydney two years ago was to build muscle and get stronger which I am accomplishing. Some days are better than others.

    My favorite workout in ACTIVATE so far. I loved this! It was challenging in all the right ways. I even went and did the linked stretch video afterward. Thank you Sydney for always having great workouts for us. I feel so blessed that I discovered this channel from my sister. It's changed my life for the better.

    I crushed it! It was tougher than I had expected. I came in exhausted and not ready to push myself, now I am awake and have my next wind for the family. My goal is to begin my 5AM workouts again....I will try again tomorrow morning.

    Day 6 done ✅. Never thought I could complete 45 minutes of continuous working out but here we are! Sydney is real deal. I never stuck so long with anyone (usually because i get distracted, but majorly because other trainers style never interested me) but with Sydney, I want to workout everyday. I look forward to it. Really like this shift of mindset. I hope I'll be able to maintain this consistency henceforth. 💪

    Adjustable weights- great. There’s only one transition (back set) that was tough.
    Second time around in this work out, about a year later. 1 minute work periods used to absolutely kill me but I am proud to say I downright enjoyed them this time!
