WEEK 2 OF ACTIVATE LET'S GOOOO! I am so proud of you all and I'm so pumped to crush this week ahead! This workout definitely tested our endurance and I'm proud of you for pushing yourself. My week 2 goal in terms of working out is "pushing hard". Progressive overload, better form and showing up daily. 💪 Oh and to figure out a way to do proper push up 😩 i still can't do knee push ups all the way down🥲
Ughh I need motivation I was down with covid for the last two weeks feeling no energy managed to swing three of activate videos but now that I'm better I need a push to get back into and not be so hard on myself I keep telling myself it's ok and I NEEDED to recover. But still kind of bearing myself up

Thanks Sydney for inspiring my wife and I to become more active in the last six months. My wife went to Fitcation last year and came home pumped up, which got me on board. I have lost 40lbs in the last 4 months.

The gyms closed during the pandemic and I never returned when the gyms opened back up, because of Sydney workouts. I'm in better shape today and continue to feel motivated!! Thank you tremendously Sydney!!

I've been consistently doing these for 3 years and they got me to enjoy and love working out almost daily. Ive never in my life enjoyed working out as much as I have doing it with Sydney! These videos are the best and if my diet was better Id be in the best physical appearance shape of my life at 33. But I enjoy wine and tacos too much but Im still significantly stronger than I've ever been.

"No expectations here except show up, do your best, don't quit," and with your help I didn't quit. God bless you, Sydney! I didn't crush today's workout. It was hard for me though I did modify the exercises that I could not do. For those ladies like me who are in their late 60s and have the beginnings of osteoporosis , modifications are necessary. I don't expect to be able to do exercises like a 30 year old but you can modify for your ability. Sometimes my knee tells me to lay off the weights for the day. I listen to my body. Instead I will sub to a less stressful exercise. I did finish todays program (and built up a sweat) so I am happy. Just don't quit. Modify to your ability and listen to your body. What I hoped to achieve with working out with Sydney two years ago was to build muscle and get stronger which I am accomplishing. Some days are better than others.
What an amazing way to start my day. Up bright and early and feeling fab because of it. Loved the layout, and really pushed myself through it. Feeling sweaty and feeling pumped. We CRUSHED IT, way to go everyone and thank you Sydney and Dustin for another fab workout xx
My favorite workout in ACTIVATE so far. I loved this! It was challenging in all the right ways. I even went and did the linked stretch video afterward. Thank you Sydney for always having great workouts for us. I feel so blessed that I discovered this channel from my sister. It's changed my life for the better.
I crushed it! It was tougher than I had expected. I came in exhausted and not ready to push myself, now I am awake and have my next wind for the family. My goal is to begin my 5AM workouts again....I will try again tomorrow morning.
Day 6 done ✅. Never thought I could complete 45 minutes of continuous working out but here we are! Sydney is real deal. I never stuck so long with anyone (usually because i get distracted, but majorly because other trainers style never interested me) but with Sydney, I want to workout everyday. I look forward to it. Really like this shift of mindset. I hope I'll be able to maintain this consistency henceforth. 💪

Adjustable weights- great. There’s only one transition (back set) that was tough. Second time around in this work out, about a year later. 1 minute work periods used to absolutely kill me but I am proud to say I downright enjoyed them this time!

Last week was suffering from allergies that turned into chest cold so 30 minutes was perfect to exercise and stay positive. Better this week so kicking into higher gear this week!
I missed all last week because I was recovering. But im back today. Thank you so much Syndey for all you do for me. You motivate me and remind me that's its okay. Im so excited to get back into my routine with yall. 2022 here I come ! God bless you !!

While I don’t lose those long sets, I love the challenge of the 60 seconds! The chest press inchworm ( I did a double push-up) got me like 🔥🔥🔥
