Whew! That was powerful! I recently started going to a trainer once a week to supplement my workouts at home with Sydney (first time working-out outside of my home since the pandemic). The trainer told me I'm one of her strongest clients! I couldn't believe it, but then I thought "well yes, thanks to Sydney'!" I'm going on my 3rd year now of consistent workouts with my girl, Sydney! Thank you for keeping us motivated and strong! Have a great weak everyone!

This had to be one of the best 30 minute full body strength and cardio workouts! I burned 261 calories! Usually, I have to do at least a 40 minute workout to burn that many calories. Awesome! Thank you! ❤
It hit me today when I felt like I couldn’t possibly do one more burpee push up power jump…WAIT, what??? I’m whining about doing one MORE???!!! I remember the day when I couldn’t do ONE pushup on my toes, let alone follow it up with a burpee hop up and power jump! Thank you Sydney for showing me how to believe in myself!! I’m a 60 year old about to be a first time grandma and I feel FANTASTIC!!❤❤❤

I was going through the 30 min workout playlist. It was hard to find one I hadn't done before and saw I never did this one. I think this is one I'll come back to again and again. This is a new favorite for those days when I want to work hard and sweat quickly. WOOHHOOO
I'm going to keep pushing myself because I know one day, even at the age of 50, I will keep up with Sydney. Right now, I modify some of the movements, but I keep moving until the end. Monday workout 🏋
You got this! Way to keep showing up and pushing yourself. Yes! You will get to keeping up with Sydney, I’m almost 48 and can match her rep for rep most exercises (not all…yet). I’ve worked out with her since Sept. 2022 and I have progressed and gotten stronger and I keep going and keep getting stronger. So will you! 🎉
