40 Minute Lower Body BURNER Workout | PRE - Day 2

  • Get ready for an epic legs and glutes workout-grab a set of dumbbells and a light glute band...all fitness levels welcome!

    In this workout you will be working for 1 minute per exercise and complete two rounds for every move. You will alternate between two exercises all the way through the workout and we will have one minute of rest in between supersets! Dial your intensity back to 50-75% of your max intensity to make sure you can work the entire work period without stopping and we are going to rock this workout together! Our training tempo today is 4-2-1 and I will show you what that means in our workout!
    The Exercises:
    1. Goblet squat to single leg drive
    2. Walking lunges
    3. RDL to lateral lift
    4. Lunge and pass through
    5. Glute Bridge Pull Throughs
    6. Kneeling kickbacks
    7. Left leg clam shell open and extend
    8. Right leg clam shell open and extend
    9. Kneeling squat stand up to calf raise
    10. Curtsy lunge to plie squat
    11. Back squat close to wide
    12. Sumo squat with low ROM
    13. Lateral lunge glider series

    I really appreciate the brief at the beginning to get myself and my stuff prepared for the workout. I am changing up my routine to better suit my life, so I am intentionally staying a week behind right now and that helped me set up for success. Great workout. loved the encouragement at the end to "embrace the shake" instead of stopping or criticizing myself for it.

    I've not been seeing much leg results (I think it's mainly my genes!) so instead of just trying to push as heavy as possible, I dialled it back in this workout and really felt the connection! Moral of the story - listen to Sydney 😅🥰🥰

    The best legs workout ever!
    I am absolutely in love with this tempo. I crusched it and enjoyed it so much. I am so impressed with the results I got in the 3 months of the process. Can't wait to see how my body will further transform during the summer.
    I have integrated these work outs in my daily life and they give me so much energy and positivity.

    OMG!!! What a burn this was this morning! I used my bodyweight, added some lighter weight but also used a medium resistance band and that burn is still being felt tonight.

    FIRST OFF WOW! Also, after finally completing the previous program and the first workout from this new program was an awesome transition 👌This lower body tempo workout got me good for sure, drenched but means the muscles, core and glutes are activated! Happy to continue being consistent and starting to see results now, thank you, Sydney! Can't wait for tomorrow's workout😄

    WOW I loved this work out!! Normally I really dread leg days but I loved the endurance and stabilization focus of this set and even though it was HARD I was able to breathe through it and make it the whole time with my just a tad lighter weight set. Thank you Sydney!

    My favorite leg workout ever. Pull throughs are always a challenge but working to get better. Focusing on the tempo made the longer time fly by and engages your entire body. Absolutely loved it.

    My legs told me they were done after the clamshell circuit. I don't know how I made them keep going, but I did it and finished the workout. Whew! The burn was real. My legs were shaking. Sydney looking so calm and collected is my inspiration.

    The beginning brief is so very helpful. I watched it earlier in the day to see what I had in store for me when I do the workout.
    Shaky legs, loved the burn and the feel of the slower movement pattern and the hold and the hardest part of the move. I didn't know I was so capable.

    Loved today's workout! My hammies are still feeling the burn (those glute bridge pull thrus!). I rocked the Buddha squats and I remember when I started Sydney's workouts in 2020, they owned me 😅
