100% agree! l remember my days pre-Sydney at the Y, working out hard without ever feeling stronger or seeing much improvement and I really think I’d be so sad if she ever stopped. But even if that happened, at least she’d be leaving us years worth of workouts 😊
3 years for me too! I just got a new puppy, so I've had to change my workout time from early morning to afternoon. Creature of habit, but I'm still getting in my workouts. My goal is to keep up with the programs & eventually the puppy will be all settled & I can get back to early mornings.

Last leg day of The Results and Process!!! That giant deadlift circuit was my favourite today even I I was very uncoordinated in the deadlift/forward lunges 😂. Am very excited to see what's in store for us! Have only been consistently working out with Royal change since Sept last year, but have already seen dramatic changes both physically and aesthetically. I cannot thank you enough Sydney and Dustin!!! I look forward to working out every day because of you!! 💪💜
I just wanted to brag on Sydney- I broke my fingers in my right hand (dominant hand) on Sunday, so haven’t been able to hold dumbbells properly. In the past, I would have used this as an excuse not to exercise until it healed. BUT, bc I knew of her endless options, I substituted all week. Today- I did the cardio and abs from the final day of the Burn extra and it doesn’t feel like I’ve missed a best- it was just as challenging and productive as the first time! Thank you Sydney for making giving us so many options to keep us moving no matter what❤❤❤!
Hi Sydeny!! I just want to thank you for all these workouts. I am 50 and have noticed some muscle changes this past year. My legs and hips felt super weak all of a sudden. But I have continued to do the workouts and have been consciously adding weight to push my muscles and I feel so much better! Today I did weights on the step-up for the first time in a long time and I am up to 20 lbs on the single leg deadlift AND lifting my legs. I couldn't do that a couple of months ago. I am super proud of myself today and am beyond grateful that you continue to do this work. Thank you!!!
Summer Time Fine 4.0 here we come ! I restarted my fitness journey Sept 2020 so I didn’t find Sydney and the Sydney squad until after STF 1.0. I completed STF 2.0 and 3.0 and let me tell you, it’s the best thing I did for myself. I don’t finish my goals often. I get started, I stay around for awhile, but I always get distracted and let that get the best of me. This channel has been the best thing for me ever since I started to start the programs from start to finish . If you’re new here, her programs used to be 6x a week. I loved those days because it kept me accountable to move my body every single morning. With actively moving my body and eating healthy and getting good sleep, I lost 30 lbs in about 6 - 7 months. The first few months were slower because all I really wanted to do was MOVE and that consisted mostly of walking. I’m back up about 7-10lbs but that’s ok because I feel stronger than I was at my best shape in my 20s. I’m turning 35 this year and my daughter will be turning 5. My struggle was finding balance as a new mom and also grieving the loss of my mom right before my daughter turned 1. My mom had a lot of health issues and had trouble with mobility that was caused by her lung cancer. I saw her struggle a lot but still had the will power to live life and live for her children. My mom is my motivation to move every single day. Anyways, I love Everything that this channel stands for and I’m excited to continue my day to day journey with everyone here. Thank you Sydney and Dustin and also the Sydney squad. The comment section gives me so much light and hope . If you ever feel discouraged, read the comment section. No bad energy here. Started off body weight or lighter weights as everything was creaking at the beginning. As I got going, movement became smoother and weights heavier. Right leg lunge a challenge. This workout is AWESOME!!! My son saw me working out this morning and his words, "Wow, Mom! You're still working out with Sydney!" It's because of his visit to Miami in 2020 right when COVID started, that I got the motivation to workout. Prior to this, I kept making excuses as to why I don't have the time. I took his suggestion of waking up a little earlier and focus on getting a routine going since at that time I was able to work from home. Well, fast forward to 2023, I've been back in the office full time since September 2021, and I'm still waking up early and crushing these workouts! I'll be 64 in August and I'm in the best shape of my life! This, even after my hip replacement surgery in July 2022. Thank you TEAM SYDNEY!

Loved limitless legs because there is no limit when you’re trying to reach progress. I pushed hard and heavy reached 50 pounds with goblet squats and hip thrust. I went hard, heavy and was sweating at the end. I felt like a beast. I have seen so much results with this program. Let’s bring on summertime fine. I’m going to reach my goal and then some. #Stf2023

I've just come back from two days skiing and as I whizzed down the slopes I had Sydney to be thankful for how strong my legs were. I used to hate leg days but now I see them as a challenge. Thanks Sydney!

Loved limitless legs because there is no limit when you’re trying to reach progress. I pushed hard and heavy reached 50 pounds with goblet squats and hip thrust. I went hard, heavy and was sweating at the end. I felt like a beast. I have seen so much results with this program. Let’s bring on summertime fine. I’m going to reach my goal and then some. #Stf2023
