Sydney, I lost my little brother last week, he passed away in a car accident. I couldn’t bring myself to work out last week, but I finally worked out today. I just wanted to say thank you for providing an escape for me. I’ve been working out with you for over a year now, and you are so inspirational. I know you lost your brother as well, and until now I didn’t know what that felt like - and I wish I didn’t know that kind of pain. My heart hurts for you and your family as well. I don’t know if you will see this but I just wanted to say thank you for everything. You are such a light and I am so thankful.

When Sydney teased Burn at the end of the Accelerate challenge, I was nervous. Ngl, the first week of March felt like she really did pour gas on these workouts. Something funny happened towards the end of this month... my body and mind locked in and I hit a completely different zone during this last week of Burn. She dropped hints along the way- just keep hitting play, work alongside her example and motivations (Boom Boom!), repeat each day. All of a sudden you’re repping out stronger and longer before your brain realizes its new superpower. Grateful to be one in a million, letting our collective sweat fall because we earn it each and every day. See you guys on the other side!

I wake each morning and move with you. Throughout the day as a teacher, I move about 85% of the time. So, I think I get plenty of movement and I like it that way. In the evening I rest. What a great change and a big challenge! At times it was very frustrating, but focusing and timing helped me crush it. I'll definitely do this one again and work on improving my jump rope abilities. Thank you!!
Good morning, Sydney Squad! I did the workout today because I had to take a rest day yesterday. I had been feeling burned out from work and an ex who is harassing me online. I have reported the person that has been harassing me. I’m working on getting things caught up at work. I hope everyone enjoyed the workout and I’m going to do tomorrow’s stretch after work.
Sydney, you and Caroline Girvan are my favourite fitness instructors on RUclips. You push me to work harder and I often go beyond my limits. With both of your videos, I always realise how strong my body is and can be- and I always leave sweating which is what I love. I wanted to start Caroline's EPIC and your BURN, but I don't have heavy enough dumbbells (I'm waiting for my barbell/dumbbell set to arrive). I also wasn't really feeling anything today but really wanted to workout so popped this on and mate, I had the time of my life. Thank you for all you put into these videos.
I did NOT have a lot of gas in the tank this morning - but I'm still glad I showed up and did what I could. My non-exercise physical activity today will be doing some gardening! I love being outside and I'm going to plant some new flowers :) Thank you for the workout Sydney!
First time ever that I didn’t love a workout! Mainly because I can’t jump rope in my space, and my knees can’t take all that repetitive jumping. However, I love the fact that I can find a different cardio workout easily enough on her channel, which I did!!
This is what I love about Sydney’s workouts, I don’t have a jump rope, but every single move she did I was still able to participate & get a good sweat and burn going on! Love it’s made for everyone no matter what! Happy Saturday!

I have been working on jump roping for he past few months and I absolutely killed it today. Thank you for everything that you do and everything that you say. Today I decided to do this workout outside because it’s so nice right now in Florida, perfect weather for a jump rope workout!!! I’m dripping in sweat lol
Although I did not do this workout (I cannot jump or do high impact moves due to my connective tissue disease) I still liked and watched. I also went back into the archives and subbed one of Sydney’s 30 min low impact cardio classes (which was AWESOME). Great job to the team for completing this workout! Let’s keep crushing it! I have a suggestion for something I'd like to see on the channel Sydney! I would like to focus on calves by doing some calf raises - we could use a thick book or box - some people may have stairs around where they work out and could use a stair? I always found those to give a good burn - and it's also a low impact way to work your calves!

I’ve been working out with Sydney for a few years now. I’m so grateful for workouts like this that require agility-it’s allowed me to be able to go ice skating with my kids-something I thought I’d never be able to do! And now we do it every weekend!! Thank you, Sydney!! 🙏🙏💪💪

Today I'm going to enjoy the spring weather going for a walk with my husband and kids. My three-year old has a new obsession with naming all the types of cars in our neighborhood. So we will probably see hundreds of cars today. :) Side note: I had a memory during this workout of doing something in elementary school called Jump Rope for Heart. It was a jump rope fundraising event. Anyone else do this?
I am a teacher in an elementary and they still do that!!! Enjoy your day! And your little guy! Before you know it, he will be driving ALL those cars instead of naming them!!!
