Aged 14 i was horrifically abused by 9 elders ( not parents ) struggled ever since with PTSD and anxiety etc I was told if i ever said a word my 11 yr old Sister would get some.. I kept it secret for 40 years until i finally spoke to a counsellor after struggling at work ( 3500 Dock workers ) all was good until somehow word got out and into the workforce i started getting hate mail, car vandalised, people wouldn’t speak with me anymore.. It turned out someone had spread the word that i was an abuser instead of abused.. Early Last year i was found by the police standing on a bridge ( very high one ) a well know suicide spot.. In hospital i saw Winters video of her skipping and it made me smile so i started to skip and now nearly a year later i’m still smiling and also helping kids etc with self harm issues etc as a volunteer.. Yes i work still at the Dock’s and it seems now i’m admired for standing up to the wrongful words … NOODLES X

This was fun! Did this and the 5 min ab workout today. Side straddles used to trip me up. With practice, I was able to get them down and was able to crush this workout!
I haven't done any jump rope for over two years I'm afraid I'll get injured as my age is seventy years old has anyone started back at my age update I have just given jump rope a try again don't have any problems going to take it easy at first thanks for getting me off the couch back to jump rope

Last week I was following another of yours 20 minutes workout (20 sec on and 10 sec off). This one seems to work way better for me, I managed to finished the full workout without dying 😂 Maybe it's the longer breaks
Yes a ratio of 2.1 is a great way to train for moderate intensity. Sounds like this workout will be in your saved list. And well done for sticking with the process this is when you get great results by not giving up.

Hey Alex the slow way is the fast way. Listen to your body and don't train through pain. Stretch after your session and remember to take rest days.
