Yes don't be fooled by the duration we have RAMPED up the intensity for you guys. Remember to stretch and take longer rests if you need them in the workouts.

holy crap on a cracker. wow. this was hard. not lying just being honest the two five minute sessions i skipped as much as i could and then finished with body weight. yet again earth to alex make sure you read the whole workout lol.
Hey Alex these workout is HARD! The work to rest ratio is advanced so well done on completing the first two sessions. We try to give you guys a wide variety of workouts so take your time and rest when you need to. These endurance workouts can be regressed to suit your own fitness level. Hope you are enjoying our BURN 4 Week Program. Give you lower body a nice rest and stretch so you are ready to go again.

Consistent jumping with no breaks is super challenging when you are trying to not make a mistake hehe!

What would your workouts look like without the rope? I just do bodyweight squats all the way down, ten every 20 minutes all day long…
Thanks for sharing your workouts. When I am not jumping rope for cardio you will often find me on rings or hanging from a bar along with being upside down. I train my legs with weights every week hence the dumbbells exercises we have included in our BURN Series.
