      Yes I do love these combinations of workouts. And thanks for the feedback on the music. I spend lots of time on Epidemic Sound searching and making playlists for these workouts to keep you guys motivated to the end.

      Great job! There are some NEW dumbbell exercises that would have been different from our last program FUSION. We try to give you guys a variety so that you can do these workouts at home or gym.

    Hey phoenix is that workout just for burning fat or can be good to shape for muscle as well the combination sounds perfect but is suitable for every type of body or persons?

      Adding weighted exercises into your training is great for shaping muscle. I don't just jump rope my training week includes bodyweight strength and weighted exercises. So definitely give these type of workouts a go.

    Wow wish I had a lighter dumbbell than 25lb, the kickbacks were tough, everything else the weight was perfect

      Yep I hear ya this also happens to me in fact it did yesterday when I was testing out some NEW dumbbell exercises for your guys. Got to have that light and heavy set just right.

    The raw with kick back is the hardest exercise 😅

      We definitely ramped up the intensity with the dumbbell exercises in our mid week workouts for BURN.
