- Tap in with us for a 20 minute full body workout that will take your cardio and endurance to another level! With this session, we are taking you through 10 simple exercises that will be done with NO rest periods between each interval. We will take a long 60 second rest and then repeat each of the exercises for a total of 2 sets. This workout is all-standing with an advanced and modified version for all levels of fitness to participate. This is a solid routine to do weekly if your goal is to improve your endurance, and burn body fat. Give this workout a try and let us know how you did with this new format! 🔥

Funny thing is, when I first heard the nonstop part I almost found a different J&T cardio workout…but I was like if pregnant Toya can do it, postpartum Shauna can do it too 😝…great workout guys…keep em coming!!! 👍🏾

Loved this! Thanks J&T! 👊🏼 Another 10 minutes would be fine by me. I was totally expecting a finisher. 15 seconds of each exercise or something. During the Lateral Bounds I did a punch to the side wall.

Good morning guys from London, wow, this got me sweating 😅😅. Definitely found the 60s duration tough in some of the exercises as I'm used to doing 40s bursts max, but I did it 😅😅. Great way to shake off the morning cobwebs and face the day ahead. Congratulations on your growing family too ❤❤
