    I come back to this one over and over. Definitely one of my favorite Sydney stretches. Perfect when you want to stay seated, cool down, and clear your mind.

      I dont know what it is, I can Usually only last about 10 minutes while stretching! I get bored and shut it off! I'm bad!!!!!

    I have used this stretch almost everyday since it’s been released now. It’s my fav Sydney stretch. I now repeat her words too, 😂

    Work 10 stretch . Everyday has become my norm. Rise at 5:00 am to have time before work for the work outs and the much needed stretch 🎉🎉🎉

    I like how relaxing this stretch it. A lot of stretches work up a sweat, making them not really suitable for off days when you wear normal clothes. This is great, thank you.

    I'm been doing one of Sydney's stretches for the past 2 months, every morning when I wake up. Helps to get my body moving and ready for the day. Hubby said that my mood is also better the rest of the day - I had a mood? 😁😁

      @@maryamkhan9277 hi! Yes I think for general mobility reasons it’s a good idea. Mobility helps you with your workouts so it’s a win-win! 😍

    What a wonderful way to welcome slowing down on Sunday evening. I am so grateful for the daily stretch offerings on the workout calendar. While I do some type of mindful movement/recovery every day. I love bookending my day with Sydney (AM workout, PM stretch). I plan to do the stretches on the calendar each day in April. LOVE seated stretches! Thank you 🙏🏽 Sydney. You are an incredible gift to so many. Your TedTalk and Q&A were full of inspiration ✨

    OMG this stretch was so needed. I had very busy Saturday, lots of walking and in the evening me legs and whole body was just exhausted. This seated stretch was perfect way to ease into the Sunday.

      Same! I have track practice and sometimes I don’t know how to balance my running and my workouts......hopefully we can get some help on this

      I am a novice runner but on the days that say “cardio” or “HITT” on her calendar are the days I try to go running instead. I then do all her other more strength based workouts other days. During the winter I do Sydney’s cardio though cause I live in Minnesota and it’s too cold to run outside
