I am a novice runner but on the days that say “cardio” or “HITT” on her calendar are the days I try to go running instead. I then do all her other more strength based workouts other days. During the winter I do Sydney’s cardio though cause I live in Minnesota and it’s too cold to run outside

I like how relaxing this stretch it. A lot of stretches work up a sweat, making them not really suitable for off days when you wear normal clothes. This is great, thank you.

What a wonderful way to welcome slowing down on Sunday evening. I am so grateful for the daily stretch offerings on the workout calendar. While I do some type of mindful movement/recovery every day. I love bookending my day with Sydney (AM workout, PM stretch). I plan to do the stretches on the calendar each day in April. LOVE seated stretches! Thank you 🙏🏽 Sydney. I've been doing Sydney's workouts ( daily ) for a year ( my gym no longer does group workouts - I need somebody telling me what to do ) and last week as the first time I was sore all week ! I have never appreciated a stretch so much ! Scared for tomorrow, but I will be there

Recovery is essential to our health - I definitely attest to feeling better since incorporating daily stretching into my routine and my body feels the difference, big time. Thank you, Sydney for putting equal emphasis on stretching and recovery as the workouts.

Same! I have track practice and sometimes I don’t know how to balance my running and my workouts......hopefully we can get some help on this
