    Today I am 35 weeks pregnant and I'm so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!
    Today's workout is a full body workout where we will work through 10 exercises for 50 seconds of work two rounds each. This workout was so much fun and I can't wait to see you pushing yourself through this one to start up a new month catered to full body strength! No equipment needed for this one so grab some water and let's crush it!
    Exercises:
    1. Pop Squat jumps
    2. Reverse Lunge tap backs
    3. Lateral slide and touch down
    4. Inchworm Push ups
    5. Mountain climbers
    6. Forearm Plank
    7. Side Plank Left Glute Lift
    8. Side Plank Right Glute Lift
    9. Lower Half Burpees with push ups
    10. High Knee Skips/Box Jumps/Power Step Ups

    The fact that I did the level up version of each in the second round and also did a 15 minute ab video prior to this makes me so happy and proud of myself!
    Before I used to feel that Sydney is my competition and I have to do more or equal reps to hers but now I have realised that my biggest competition is my last workout self, that's what I have to top.

      @@laramiller4207 heck yeah! Same to you! I've been working out regularly my entire adult life but these workouts are so fantastic, especially the way that they're programmed. It makes the thinking and planning part effortless and I always feel like I got a good burn.

    I used to do only Chloe Tiing and Pamela Reif workouts and never felt like I was fully engaged to the point where I was sweating - today I started working out with Sydney's videos and it's such a MAJOR upgrade- Thank you so much or your work and your great commentary!!

    Hey Sidney been subscribed for years but my first comment. Today is my 52nd bday and I just want to say THANK YOU for all the good energy these last three plus years. These last 8 weeks have been particularly hard for me, with a broken foot and a shoulder injury (car accident) and yet, I've managed to make your videos work, modifying my way with chair and crutches. You're the best.

    Just did the workout. I've literally done hour long Sydney workouts that were easier than that. Wow!

    Did this at home I have done a workout everyday so this was a perfect Movement day with sweat pouring. I stepped my game up with all exercises and I can do PUSH UPS on my toes!!!! I caught your live about drinking water 💧 from the time u wake up I did that!! Let's see what else I can conquer lol bc IM STRONG 💪

    I didn’t think I could be this exhausted from a 20 minute workout! The mountain climbers and half burpees were the toughest for me - I had to take several breaks. Well done Sydney !
