In the 2 years since I stopped going to the gym, you are the first youtube trainer I've stuck with for more than a couple of days. Today’s workout helped me strengthen my lower body as I continue my recovery. I was with you in the modifications since I’m strengthening my right leg with non-weight bearing modifications. You deserve a maternity leave and I’ll keep doing the workouts while you spend quality time with Ari. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for our next workout.

Oh my this was better than I expected. I really need that glute and hip activation daily, and it's always a good reminder of how weak I am in that area. Thank you for showing up for me every day! Also, that reminder to look past my knees instead of the ceiling during glute bridges...I wouldn't have thought that would make a difference but wow! Totally different feeling. Thanks Syd!

Great workout. MRI showed tear in mcl and patella horizontal and vertical. All tendons intact. No word from md but was doing pt while waiting for results and she says weight training, heat, ice, compression sleeve if necessary are way to heal….. workouts don’t bother me while doing them but certain stretches were how I knew something was up. This workout seemed perfect and felt good.
