Absolutely fantastic! I needed an add-on lower body workout that I could pair with a total body or complete lower body workout, and this fit the bill. The moves are effective and Daniel’s direction is spot on. I wish his later videos included his voice coaching throughout. This video is proof of his great coaching ability. I have a library of my favorite DanielPt workouts, but this one is going to get a star next to it. Well done and thank you!

Hi David! The best approach is to combine this workout with a decent dumbbell leg workout...for example do the dumbbell leg workout first and then as a finisher you do this workout. you can do this combination for 2-3x week (based on your fitness level / recovery etc.) and protein powders are nothing especial to be honest...If you are getting enough protein through your daily diet you don't even need the extra protein! and if we are talking a bout a higher protein quality you can better make an egg-omelet after your workout instead of protein shakes...or just have 2-3 boiled eggs after...their protein value is way higher actually! Good Luck!
I really love your Workouts, i already lost 15kg with your kettlebell Workouts.out of All Workouts here on RUclips i like yours the most. Especially the kettlebell-series. I would really love to see an only arm workout with the kettlebell workout, could you consider this? Or did i miss that in my search?
Hi Daniel - I bought the booty bands and did your workout, built up a sweat too! Great work as usual, you 'NEVER' disappoint. Only negative I have re: the bands, I found them a little too long, especially the light one so I used medium and it was more effective. If you do another like this could you please incorporate the medium and heavy bands? Thank you!
