    Oh boy...time flew by but this Amrap was so challenging. I think for me the most challenging was Arnold press with the glute bridge. Burnout was so real from the get go. ❤

    Hey Sydney I know this comment will get buried but I have to say that I’m so thankful & appreciative of your workouts & look forward to them always. Today I received a compliment from a coworker saying that I lost a lot of weight. Honestly I did lose 10lbs & kept off, but I feel like your workouts helped to change my body composition in a positive shapely way. ❤. I know there’s a lot of YT workouts out there but I’m stuck on yours & seeing the results. I feel stronger & able to endure sets more even when it burns. I also know that it’s up to me to put out the work to maintain & continue to progress. Just want to say thanks again.

    oh man, those arnolds. Didn't have to drop weight but the faces and noises I was making were SERIOUS. Great workout. I love glutes and shoulder workouts cause those are the muscle groups I want to build. Thanks as always Sydney and Dustin.

    here is what I think... You are amazing! This was like feeling body parts slowly burn out! Fabulous. Arnold's are always the toughest for me- not sure why. loved that squat, shift weight and up. Sweating and as always - it flew by once I get started!

    I've always struggled with shoulders, but the last two months I have purposefully pushed myself up to higher weights, even for just a few reps. Today's workout showed me that those small changes are making a significant difference!

    Happy Monday! Day 8 of embrace! This workout really flew by for me, glute workouts tend to be my favorite. The most challenging part was definitely the double shoulder move at the end, OUCH! Let's keep it going everyone! 😊

    Omgggggg that was incredible 👏👏👏 Generally, I don’t always like AMRAP workouts. Mostly because of my short attention span 😅 BUT this glute and arm combo, with these EXACT moves …. WOW! I TRULLY REALLY LOVED THIS ONE TODAY. Adding this to my favorites Sydney list for sure .I tell everyone about this channel. What’s not to love about an amazing trainer who practically has already done most of the work for us? I don’t have to use my brain cells so much as far as structuring my own program. All I have to do is press play and follow along and engage . So so so tremendously grateful for Sydney, Dustin , this channel and the Sydney squad . Happy Monday everyone ❤❤❤❤

    Such a great workout today! Loved the last double leg eat with deadlift hold/leg lift, plus the squat shift in that round felt like I was improving my mobility. 🎉

    Absolutely my favourite combination! Love a glute focus workout and arms help to break things up but still feel the burn. This was a super sweaty workout! Woo hoo! Crushed it!

    Crushed this Monday workout!! Feeling great and accomplished!! The challenge and the burn was real!! Hardest was by far the double arm circuit - lateral raise and rear delt flys…thanks for struggling with us Sydney!! 💪💪🙌❤️

    Crushed it ! but wisely deferred doing this workout until after my usual distance swim which I did earlier _ when I checked it out this morning I felt it would be tough to go on and do my 2 k swim after doing it . I Was surprised that I found the burn out fine ! Even at 71 I love the challenges these workouts can throw up. It was tempting to not do it but delighted I did. Thanks Sydney
