    Please keep making these upper body dumbbell workouts, they are great. I keep looking for new ones so this one was terrific to find. I walk and bike so lower body is not my issue. Thanks so much for your effort here. I'm in my early 70's and don't think it is ever too late to get stronger.

    Seriously one of my favorites you’ve ever done now WOW.
    Also for people with no upper body strength. I did 5 lbs and 10 lbs and these still killed me.

      Same for me too. I have minimal upper body strength and I just use what I can. Generally 8/10lbs. We will get there. 🤙💪

    LEVEL UP: I used the 1 minute breaks to do arm circles and stretching during the workout, then held a straight arm plank and a forearm plank during the burn out!!!🥰🤩🥳🔥💪💪💪

    Push-ups (all the way down to the ground), chest press (10ths), tricep extensions (10lbs/5lbs, sitting on bench), chest flys (5lbs), lateral raises (side and front, 5 lbs), shoulder press (10lbs), tricep extension (5lbs, on all fours), burnout (shoulder taps and then push ups) and 30 sec plank hold (with hip dips) 😈❤️‍🔥

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for these workouts! I'm a 57 year old sedentary woman who just got a divorce and moved to an apartment. I don't want to disturb my new neighbors by bouncing around! Plus, being 80 lbs overweight, my joints say NO WAY!! This is such a life saver! I'm looking forward to getting back into shape with you!

    I started to follow you in 2020 due to covid and you really helped me keep moving my body while stuck at home! Now, 2 years later, I still follow you and work out with you whenever I feel like not going to the gym but wanting to get my workout done!     Hey Maddie. I really enjoy your videos. I had an accident recently and broke my elbow before two months. So i am searching some excercise about the upper body , but without putting much weight on my elbow for example push ups. I think a video like that would be very thankful for those who had hand injuries ❣️

    This arm workout was amazing! It targeted everything that I needed to work on, and my arms were shaking by the end, definitely a good shock to the system. Loved it!

    I have a bench and squat rack so instead of free weights for the chest press I used my barbell with 25 each side. So good. You're amazing as always

    I like these "push" workouts! I do my cardio and then pick a few 15-20 minute videos of yours to do after. This was a great change as I'm used to just doing the "hiit" workouts. Def. adding these into my regular routine. Thanks Maddie!

    I like the supersets where we get both rounds over at the same time! Now gonna follow this up with one of those ab arm ones from the January workout! This is the best part of my day Maddie!! Gets my mind off work and anything else that’s stressing me out! 💫❤️

    Hubby and I love your workouts, we do most all of them except the dance ones. But this is our FAV! We do it every Monday! We don't see a ton of these in your collection, but we would love to see more slow weightlifting ones. High weight, low reps. Simple movements. Love it!!

    Your workouts are the best. I really love that you explain the moves, you talk about what good form should look like and feel like. During the workout you remind us of where we should be to make sure form remains good. I think that is so important. Plus you're so encouraging!

      @@anicolea I want to move better. This sitting around crap is more painful in the long run. I have friends who like to do things that require a lot of walking and moving and some of them are in their late 60s- early 70s and get around better than my 57 year old self!! I'm excited to get my body back!

      @@wendymeyer5259 i understand! Although i hope you don't feel too pressured by your peers! Just take your journey one step at a time! Movement should be something you enjoy! That way, you will find it easier to stick with it 😊 and don't forget to stretch! Maddie has a ton and it has helped me tremendously 😊 you could also try her dance/song workouts if that's more your thing!! 🤗 you do you and i believe you can do it (whatever your fitness/health goal may be)! ❤❤❤

    :0 this is exactly what I needed! I love these types of workouts and I needed a longer arm workout. Could you make a long arm workout with sets? I think I've seen a few other comments (on another video) asking the same thing. These workouts are great for muscle building, they're a bit of a change from the other ones on your channel and a very welcome one :)

    Maddie, I love your workouts! Can you please make a 10 - 16 minute chest workout (without bench) using dumbells. I am struggling to find a good chest workout and want more more focused on chest. If anyone can make an awesome video, it's you!

    It was plenty of burn for me. This workout was hate love. I was hating parts of it and loving I was able to get through it. Thanks for pushing me. Sometimes I need to push through harder workouts. 👍

    This was the perfect workout! I’m slowly trying to get back into lifting weights-I’ve been in an on and off journey during this whole Covid season. I’m ready to get strong again! I’m also getting married in 2 months so I need to get with it 😅
