Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
I've been doing your workouts faithfully since January, and wow - I never thought I could get through a workout like this with 15lb weights! You've got me in the best shape of my life at 30 years old! Thank you, Maddie!

Hey Maddie. I really enjoy your videos. I had an accident recently and broke my elbow before two months. So i am searching some excercise about the upper body , but without putting much weight on my elbow for example push ups. I think a video like that would be very thankful for those who had hand injuries ❣️

I have friends who like to do things that require a lot of walking and moving and some of them are in their late 60s- early 70s and get around better than my 57 year old self!! I'm excited to get my body back!

That way, you will find it easier to stick with it 😊 and don't forget to stretch! :0 this is exactly what I needed! I love these types of workouts and I needed a longer arm workout. Could you make a long arm workout with sets? I think I've seen a few other comments (on another video) asking the same thing. These workouts are great for muscle building, they're a bit of a change from the other ones on your channel and a very welcome one :)
