His back was phenomenal. And his shoulders were in proportion. Unlike today's bodybuilders who routinely have shoulders bigger than their chest because of the obscene amount of anabolics they're using.
Well ,he was "only" 7 times Mr. Olympia,5 times Mr. Universe and once Mr. World.If he achieved all these things training in a bad way ,it means clearly that he is the best of all time.I cannot imagine what he could achieve trainig in a "good way".And don´t forget that you are watching videos from 45-50 years ago.... and people is still talking about Arnold´s body.That is the most impressive thing for me.Nobody compares a athlete from 50 years ago with nowadays´ athlete ,the sport evolved a lot...I mean all sports. But something happens with Arnold ...and still nowaday many people try to compare his body(a body from 45-50 yeras ago) with modern bodybuilders. I think that this means something...do you know what I mean?

2-side dumbbell lateral raises
3-front dumbbell raises
4-bent over dumbbell flyes

Never lift behind the head or do upright rows. There are many safe alternatives that will grow muscle.
