I love the volume. I like 5-6 different exercises with 5 sets of 12-16 reps per body part. My chest workout is 30 sets at 12-16 reps. 70-75 minutes. I’m not saying it’s for everyone but it’s what I like and it’s what works for me.
High volume has always worked better for me training moderately heavy occasionally going super heavy or occasionally training lighter than usual for high reps to build more endurance
