I've been picking out some workouts on my own during this greatest hits month - I wanted a longer full body today so I found this - such fun variety in this work out and such a good sweat. Boy there really didn't used to be any rest in the workouts - going to be more grateful for the 30 seconds - 1 min we get intermittently now lol. Crushed it!
Monday and Tuesday workouts flew by..today, I felt every minute, I can do jumping jacks now which helped doing those pendulum things! Looking forward to tomorrow

Crushed it!💪 It was tough because my son was not having me worki g outtoday. Made an hour workout 2 hours.. But it was a great well rounded workout and I pushed myself to finish it when I really wanted to quit because of each interruption but I did it!

Officially crushed! Love the transformations I am undergoing-really getting more confidence to push the weights higher. Used 20s for most of legs today and 15s for the curls. 💪🏼🦋❤️
