I found Sydney’s channel through this video 2 years ago when I was restarting my fitness journey after 2 years of not working out due to being a new mom and dealing with grief. I basically started over from scratch since I hadn’t worked out for 2 years. Lost all of my strength and muscles. My stamina and balance was horrible . Fast forward to today, 2 years into working out with Sydney consistently, I am stronger and leaner than I ever have been. Even stronger than in my 20s when I was really active with fitness. I am so proud of how far I have come and it’s especially rewarding that I have made all of these changes a few days after my bday . Started 9/01/2020 and able to reflect back on my journey 09/08/2022. I am so thankful for this channel and this community ❤️

I #crushedit this morning! I chose this for my Thursday workout in the new #STRONG program. I'm having a bit of a hard time letting go of 6 days a week workouts. I'm always surprised how much longer the cooldowns were in the older videos. I loved this one! Super fun with no repeats and the sports theme made it fun, too. I beam whenever Sydney calls us athletes. I'm 57 years old, and being an athlete is not a way anyone ever defined me until I started doing Sydney workouts. Now lots of people call me athletic. It's crazy. I love it!

i love you !! I see the muscle tone coming in. I used to just run 4 miles on treadmill daily. I thought thats what i had to do. Now I realize hiit workouts are just as effective if not more. Now i only run maybe 8 miles per week and I have muscle tone and I feel strong and sexy!!

First workout with you in the morning (i usually do it at night, After work). I'm actually trying to get new habits, wake up more earlier and doing my workouts in the morning, starting with yoga ans méditation. I see if I can gain more time ans energy trying this new routine . It's really hard for me performing in the beginning of my journey, i don't know how you people do, i'm admirative ! So for my first Sydney"PartyMorningWorkout", i felt a bit fluffy/soft and slow, even giving everything i have 😂 (again...so much respect for morning people ✌✌), i push myself for doing the workout till the end.
