    MIZI, thanks you very much for the workout videos that have no Jumping / lunges / squats . I weigh over 80kg now and am back to workouts after ankle injury , this is pure Hope and motivation. I can see inch loss . Pls keep designing more such workouts . I can hardly do any lunges / squats . Thanks a lot and loads of love from INDIA 🇮🇳

    너무 죠아요..근육이 남달리 잘 붙는 체형이라 스퀏 조금만해도 허벅지가 펌핑되는데 노런지 노스퀏 노점핑 전신 운동이라 너무 맘에 들어요..항상 잘보고 있습니다..짱짱짱이에요^^

    퇴근하고 와서 저녁 안먹고 바로했어요!
    내일을 위해 오늘 저녁은 건너뛰기로~
