    This video and generally Mizis whole channel is The best example,that in order to lose weight, tone your body, get smaller or flatter stomach, it's not an obligation to do very high impact, almost impossible and hurtful workouts. Not because they don't work, but it always fails to keep you going. It feels like punishment. While this type of routines are super effective, enjoyable and realistic, so you can actually see a result. Thanks Mizi ❤

    I am doing this for 7 days to LOSS WEIGHT I weigh 121ibs 54kg. I will be back in seven days for the results
    It's been seven days since I started doing this exercise I now weigh 117ibs 52.9 kg I'ma keep doing this exercise until I'm happy with the results

    hello, i’m 21 years old girl i’m 218lbs , and i’m gonna do this workout in ramadan and inshallah i’ll try to continue even after ramadan , for more than 7 days , hope i’ll get motivated every time ❤️
    NOTE :
    1- i’ll eat 3 to 6 dates and a big bottle of water for sohur every morning and for iftar i’ll try to eat less and try to eat soup more , with alot of water even after iftar
    2- i Motive my self with the outfit i wanna wear but i can’t cus i’m fat and i’ll remind myself of all the bullies and people that
    left me cuz of my weight
    DAYS :
    DAY 1: did the Exercise , i could feel the fat burning and it was fun easier than i thought and my body is sweating so bad but it was fun ✅
    DAY 2 : i did the workout , this time my whole body hurt specially my hands but feel good cuz i can feel the fat burning and this workout is great cuz it gives you breaks ✅
    DAY 3 : did the workout , it feels amazing, can already see the results 🥺❤️✅
    DAY 4 : done working out i’m seeing big changed that i couldn’t see in gym for a month and that just me maybe ur different, today was a big day cuz of this workout ❤️✅
    DAY 5 - done hehe my mum said she noticed change 😭😭 still two days togo 😁
    DAY 6 : did the workout i saw changes which i couldn’t see in one month in gym , thats for me everyone is different ❤️ ✅
    DAY 7 : i didn’t do it cuz of eid work 🥲🥲

    you guys i have only been doing this for 2 days now this is my second . i weighed 252.1 lbs before i started and after 2 days on my second i weigh 248.4 now ima keep going until the summer end ill be back after 7 days yall . btw im also only eating fruits and vegies and some protines so yall who have trouble losing weight you can try what im doing to help me

    Day 3 of doing this and i don’t think i’ll be losing any weight but i do feel great afterwards. Also , what i have felt is that whenever i crouch my shoulders, i automatically start to adjust my posture . This is new to me and i think this exercise will definitely help me fix my posture so thank you for creating this . ❤

    I found your channel about a month ago and I’m really happy that I did. Your videos are fun and easy on my knees. I’ve tried many others and they just made me hate exercising cause they were too painful on my joints/knees, so I always gave up after the first few days.     Heyyy im gonna do this for a week.
    I'm gonna cut snacks a little bit but not at all.
    Im currently 82kg and 1.70.
    Note: im doing cardio and those type of things added to this.
    (I was already working about for 2 days for 1-2 hours so it was nice)
    1. Did it this and extra + 1 hour workout definitely felt the sweat and burn 🏋‍♀️

    I don't seems to loose any weight cause am irregular n eating unhealthy few time by not controling myself but am glowing n feel free to work n feeling good but I can say it will show gd results if u constitent n have proper diet n mind control..... please pray for me n all the one who are trying to fit in shape ❤....love yeah alll

    day 1 : started this workout yesterday and it feels way better than other impossible ones, still effective
    day 2 : 53 mins is a lot but the workouts and the rest time makes it doable
    day 3 : it felt a little difficult because my legs were sore but im happy i kept going
    day 4 : Took 4 days off due to a health issue but back at it again
    day 5 : sweatingggg
    day 6 : i feel energetic all day

      @@militarylife4379 I did it for 10 days but did not see any progress ( ps : I eat just home cooked food , no junk ) also as the days passed it became easier , I did not see any sweating just a slight redness due to heat . It did not work for me but that doesn't mean it won't be useful for any one ...may be because I have had been a sportsperson in the past for a long period of time ... Had to quit it for academic purposes and again thought of going back to workouts but my stamina remained the same ( maybe not as high but still higher that most of the people around me ) this may be the reason this did not work for me ...

    Day 6 done, there’s another thing that I would like to share with you guys. I know it’s hard but you have to keep going with a positive mindset of thinking like it’s working for you- trust me ur mindset plays a big role in it.       12 more days done but i did missed 2 days within wasn’t feeling like doing workout so instead tried did 10,000 steps. I feel really good about my body i adore it like before now. Going to continue

    the stretching video then this helped my very stiff back and neck due to prolonged desk work lifestyle. 1st day and i feel better. just let my body take it easy for now of course. i sweat so much after
