    Comencé apenas unos tres meses atrás, estaba acumulando tallas en mi cintura , empecé a hacer ejercicio sin decirle a mi esposo una mañana me dijo que estaba más delgada ahí me di cuenta que no eran ideas mías, mi cintura se redujo 8 centímetros y voy por más😄😄😄

    love your workout. simple and effective. i just recover from multiple injury through physio for almost 2 years. gained like 20kg and I'm target to loss around 10kg by end of this year with workout and calorie deficit meal plan. thanks for the video

      @@marziabatoori8445 I used to do this 5 days a week. but it's been a while i've left this workout because i have joined jim and to be honest gym has effected me more then this workout. Because losing through this workout takes a lot of time. But when i started gym i lost 4 kg in one month. No strict diet ! and plus remember everybody body capacity is different and i am a teenager.

    Wow I just completed my 154th day of workout today excluding 39 resting days in between I did thirty minutes now rest 15 minutes after an hour of study !
    I completed 25 th day of my thirty minutes workout from November and completed 6 th day of my thirty minutes workout today ! I took two eating days out of my laziness this month for which I am going to workout extra fifteen minutes for four days from now each day 45 minutes of workout in study breaks in between after every hour fifteen minutes of workout like that I can complete fourty five minutes from the day today onwards ! Yippy ! I am so so happy to complete my task now today as planned how Happy and confident I feel to complete my plans and wishes ! And everything is healthy and creative and noble !
