@@binte_hawaaa4088 yes really, but bear in mind that consistency is key. I do Mizi's workouts 2-3 times per week, and some weeks I alternate it with anaerobic exercises like jogging. And also follow nutritional diet.
hiii i've been wanting to exerice , but im confoused on one thing which is a healthy diet plan. Can you plz tell me what type of diet plan you used! :)))
@@nazishjunaid6281 hello! hahaha to be very honest, I don't follow strict diet plan but just eat normal meals and control the amount of junk/ sweet food. My usual meals start from:
1) Brekkie: A cuppa homemade latte (without sugar) and 2 slices of wholemeal breads (prefer bakery style) or sourdough breads
2) Lunch & Dinner: For each meal, I have a portion of carbs (1/3 of the plate), a portion of protein dish (meat and eggs/tofu; 1/3 of the plate) , and a portion of veggie (1/3 of the plate). Eat 1 fruit everyday too.
I will have occasional sweet tooth as well of course, but I try my best to control the frequency of succumbing to desserts xD
This may not be the best or the healthiest meals recommended by a nutritionist, but I think it works for me as my BMI is maintained within the normal range (though body fats seem to be a lil higher and muscle mass a lil lower). Still trying to get the motivation to prepare better diet plans and workout plans haha!

This workout kicked my butt! I’m a beginner so this was super difficult for me but I was able to complete it in the end. To anyone else new doing this, please don’t feel bad or afraid to take breaks when you need them or to not go as quickly as Mizi. It’s good to push our bodies but not to overdo it and hurt ourselves. Don’t be impatient. We will get better with time and maybe one day be able to complete this entire video easily.

The first day was difficult because I had given up exercising for about a year, so I completed only 18 minutes out of 44 minutes 🥲
On the second day (today) I completed all the exercises with a lot of difficulty due to the pain in my feet

No changes in weight but my shoulders looks more toned thighs looks little small...I'm near on my periods so experiencing bloating and other symptoms so might be these r the reason for no significant weight loss..

I'm gonna assume that you've been doing this for a few days but the 6kg you've dropped took longer than a few days. Cos' dropping 6kg within a few days is not only almost impossible, but dangerously unhealthy as well.
We all gain a few over a period of time, losing a few will take time as well. Keep at it-slow and steady wins the race.

Keep doing it and finally got my summer body still 10 kg overweight but half way done❤❤If u wonder i have a diet there i eat around 1500 kal a day and is walking to school and stuff daily ish 5k steps a day and then worked out this 40 min a day!!!

Losing weight quickly also gains it quickly. Follow a healthy diet program with exercises for two months and you will gain the ideal weight
Losing 10kg within a week is not only impossible, it's downright dangerous and unhealthy. A healthy weight loss will be between 500g to 1kg a week? Instead of focusing on the numbers on the scale, why not focus on getting fit and stronger. Slowly, with consistency and healthy diet, the weight will come off too. Keep at it!
To be honest i am dead... The workout looks simple...but it's not...This is a well designed workout plan... I am glad I found you❤ and i am staying here for a week and i will report my progress💪

Update: I finished the seven days, absolutely no changes on my body (it's okay Bc I have hormonal problems), but I enjoyed it a lot and suggest for everyone to try it. Don't give up and remember sport is for everyone 🙂☺️
