Somebody clap for me, I managed to finish the exercises after 3 days attemps. 1st day 34 mins, 2nd day 23 mins, finally I did it with so much eas today🎉

Did it till 32:00❤️ Will update daily:) Day 2: ✅ Got periods this morning 😢 still did it somehow till 17:00 Day 3: ❌ Day 4: ❌ Day 5: ✅was feeling so tired and out of energy still manage to do this till 26:30❤️ Day 6: ✅ did it till 27:15❤ I hope one day I will be able to complete the whole workout in one go❤❤ My whole body is paining like crazy and let me tell you guys I'm definitely seeing the results my body has become toned. Note : I'm avoiding the fast food completely and also trying to minimize the sugar intake:))❤ Day 7: ❌ Day 8: ❌ Day 9: ❌ Day 10: ❌ Day 11: ❌ Day 12: ❌ Day 13: ✅did it for 20 minutes❤ Day 14:❌ Day 15: ✅ did this for 13 minutes ❤ Not able to maintain the consistency because of my university exams and projects.. This workout kicked my butt! I’m a beginner so this was super difficult for me but I was able to complete it in the end. To anyone else new doing this, please don’t feel bad or afraid to take breaks when you need them or to not go as quickly as Mizi. It’s good to push our bodies but not to overdo it and hurt ourselves. Don’t be impatient. We will get better with time and maybe one day be able to complete this entire video easily. Good luck everyone on your fitness journeys and thank you for the video Mizi!

@@binte_hawaaa4088 yes really, but bear in mind that consistency is key. I do Mizi's workouts 2-3 times per week, and some weeks I alternate it with anaerobic exercises like jogging. And also follow nutritional diet.

@@nazishjunaid6281 hello! hahaha to be very honest, I don't follow strict diet plan but just eat normal meals and control the amount of junk/ sweet food. My usual meals start from: 1) Brekkie: A cuppa homemade latte (without sugar) and 2 slices of wholemeal breads (prefer bakery style) or sourdough breads 2) Lunch & Dinner: For each meal, I have a portion of carbs (1/3 of the plate), a portion of protein dish (meat and eggs/tofu; 1/3 of the plate) , and a portion of veggie (1/3 of the plate). Eat 1 fruit everyday too. I will have occasional sweet tooth as well of course, but I try my best to control the frequency of succumbing to desserts xD This may not be the best or the healthiest meals recommended by a nutritionist, but I think it works for me as my BMI is maintained within the normal range (though body fats seem to be a lil higher and muscle mass a lil lower). Still trying to get the motivation to prepare better diet plans and workout plans haha!

I'm gonna assume that you've been doing this for a few days but the 6kg you've dropped took longer than a few days. Cos' dropping 6kg within a few days is not only almost impossible, but dangerously unhealthy as well. We all gain a few over a period of time, losing a few will take time as well. Keep at it-slow and steady wins the race.
I have started doing this workout today and I was totally drenched with sweat in 15 minutes only, exhausted as well, I am mommy of 2 and I want to loose my postpartum weight. I am gonna give this workout a try for a month. I’ll update my results after a month. Hoping for the best!❤

hey ive done this for 2 months and lost 8 kg thank u so much MIZI!! Keep doing it and finally got my summer body still 10 kg overweight but half way done❤❤If u wonder i have a diet there i eat around 1500 kal a day and is walking to school and stuff daily ish 5k steps a day and then worked out this 40 min a day!!!

47 kilos is too low for any adult. If you aren't having your period regularly it might be because of your low weight.

hey ive done this for 2 months and lost 8 kg thank u so much MIZI!! Keep doing it and finally got my summer body still 10 kg overweight but half way done❤❤If u wonder i have a diet there i eat around 1500 kal a day and is walking to school and stuff daily ish 5k steps a day and then worked out this 40 min a day!!!

Well have reduce 30 kg in 1year my weight was before 78 kg so
Everything is possible only you have to do is proper deit
Avoid jung food ,sugars oily food
Eat leafy vegetables much and boil
