    Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on cardio and getting your heart rate up withsome core work thrown in to make sure your abs are feeling strong! We will spell our ACCELERATE with the exercises that we do, see if you can guess which ones are coming for each letter! We will rock 10 exercises for 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest. No equipment needed so grab your water and let's go!

    I was so "there ain't no B or M in ACCELERATE" so no Burpees or mountain climbers but umm....was I wrong? Lol. I loved that, flew by in what felt like 10 minutes. Let's rock this month!!

    Short and spicy 30 minutes to close out a week's worth of incredible workouts! Sydney's programming challenges me every day to try hard things. To discover new strengths. To believe in myself. To love myself even with my flaws. I am feeling so blessed to be a member of this Squad and meet so many wonderful people.     I came into this workout in such a sad mood, I even whacked my finger on the bench in front during the clap unders and broke down in tears, not at the pain just the frustration of the day, but I composed myself, got back up and carried on. It wasn’t my best workout and it wasn’t my best effort but I didn’t give up and that’s what I needed today. Thank you Sydney for always being there for us.

    Got my heart pumping!
    I will say though, there have been a lot of cario workouts this month -- 3 cardio workouts out of the 6 workouts (+ 1 stretch) this past week. I really miss the strength-focused workouts, specifically muscle-group focused days (ex. push & pull, glutes, legs). I feel like I feel the mental "push", and the physical pump a lot more from strength workouts. Hopefully we'll see more of those again soon!

    Sydney, besides that ur workouts are the best and amazingly fit in our lives, theres sth important that i want to mention. Adding the warm ups and cool downs to the main workout have made it convenient to us and saved us the trouble to add one to the workout. Seriously thank u from deep down in my heart

    30 min are BEST FOR ME on Saturdays...
    I get up have cup of coffee... if I see any longer woek out loaded... I opt out for time factor... BUT oh MY!!( I FORGET EVERY SINNNGGGLLLE TIME SYD works us over that said 30 min. !!)

    Week one I didn’t like this program, but kept showing up. I’m glad I stayed because I have liked week 2 so far!!!

    CRUSHED IT!! 🖐🏻🖐🏻🖐🏻💞Week 2 of ACCELERATE!! I absolutely love 30 minute workouts. Intense and powerful.. let’s do our stretch tomorrow and CRUSH week 3.. I hope everyone has a great Saturday, and I hope someday Sydney has a meet-n-greet, so we can all workout together, in the same place.. 🥰

      That would be so much fun!!!! I don't know if she could find a place big enough to hold ALL her fans that would flock there!!!!

      You’re probably right. But I would love it. She is the absolute best trainer and I love every workout.
