    You don't need any equipment for this workout so let's grab a sweat towel and some water and get to work! I wanted to switch up your cardio to bring some agility into your day and to help you develop your fast twitch muscle fibers! We are also working your abs today and I can promise you will feel that burn too! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds and we will finish up with a burnout round of 30 seconds of each exercise! I want you to really push your intensity here-go as hard as you can and don't slow up until the end! Let's burn 650 calories together-work hard and keep your heart rate up and let's CRUSH IT!

    I'm going through hard time lately so I came into this workout with the worst mood ever after a very long and exhausting day, so when you said your speech at the end I have to admit that I cried, a lot tbh, to the point I was laughing (cuz I crushed it and your words came in the right time) and crying at the same time
    You really made my day Sydney like always!
    And I have to be very honest, you're the best thing happened to me cuz you push me to my limits everyday, and also make my day every single day

    I CRUSHED it! I needed the distraction. Sydney it's so interesting that at the end you talked about going through tough situations and we all have tough situations in our lives. I lost my niece this morning very, very tragically of the worst kind - my second niece in two years. I can only continue to trust God!

    Woooooooooah! Yea! That was fun! And the surprise end even better! Pushed myself in the finisher instead of stopping at 40 and breaking I kept working nonstop with no breaks all the way through. Only the transition time. Loved it!

    If you’ve ever seen the kids movie “Big Hero Six”, you’ll know what I mean when I say that work out had me feeling like Baymax when he says “I am not fast” 😂😂 Deff have some work to do on my fast twitch muscles!! But crushed it!

    About to do this can't wait! Considering wearing socks lol the last cardio you did earlier this week gave me two blisters on my big toes! Hahah! I was really killing it apparently 😂I was on carpet too! Love you! Thank you!
