Our first circuit is going to really test your strength as we go with our heavy dumbbells and work through our 5 leg exercises! In this circuit we will complete each exercise 3 rounds of 40 seconds. (I used 30 pound dumbbells and 15 pound dumbbells for this workout).
The second circuit was an abs circuit in which we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds for 4 rounds total of each exercise!
The last circuit will be cardio and we will perform this circuit tabata style working for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds for 5 rounds per exercise. Be ready to burn some SERIOUS calories and crank up the intensity as you continue through this workout! Technique is EVERYTHING in the first circuit so listen to my cues and as always, keep your torso tight and your heels down!

Usually it takes me at least 50-40min cardio workout to sweat like real but this time it took me JUST 15min cardio, that was extremely amazing

I crushed it with you all this morning! Cheated a little bit by missing out on the last 10 mins cardio as mommy duties called but did sweat like I was melting. I did the goblet squats with a 10 lbs and all others with 5 lbs each and it still burned. Like one of the other #sydneysquader, I tried to do this one bare feet today and it was a whole other ball game! Thanks so much Sydney and see you all tomorrow now..

Such a sweaty week so far. If I feel like I didn't sweat toooo much I try not to wash my hair because it's bad to wash everyday! But this week I believe I'll be drenched all week lol I'll take it! Also I love that you talk through workouts because sometimes it gives me something to focus on other than the burn! 🔥🔥

Crushed it! You're nuts with that final cardio round! I felt like tapping out but I didn't! I tried the two 30 pound weights with those forward squats but i'm SO not there yet. I did it with 20 pounds instead.

Oh yes exactly, strength training is just as effective for your cardio respiratory system as cardio because we still have to breathe effectively and really exert ourselves in lifting heavy weights! I also keep it circuit style so you don't get a ton of rest! Great job today Cassandra!

loved this! I definitely struggled with the side crunches though where you bent a knee and left the other out. The move itself wasn't't that hard for me but my neck/shoulder area kept cramping up and I have no idea why! I kept trying to keep my neck straight and I stared a spot on the wall but it was challenge!!

I CRUSHED it!💪 This workout was BRUTAL! I LOVED it! Doubled up my 15 and 10 for 25lbs heavy weight. Sheer determination and pride I guess on the cardio (it's my strength but it was soooooo tough - so I could not let ME down). 🤓 Pouring rain down my body!!! Can u do more workout for inner thighs and calfs?
These leg workouts are great for inner thighs and although you wont feel and isolated direct burn in the inner thigh, leg workouts like this target all the muscles of the legs!
If you are looking to tone up the inner thighs, doing the very few exercises that target the inner thighs more specifically isn't going to be as beneficial as working your entire leg! I hope this doesn't sound discouraging because I know we all have areas we want to work on, but long story short, working on a specific area with specific exercises will not reduce fat in that area as we cannot target where our body fat reduces when we lose it. Utilize these entire leg workouts and stay really focused on your nutrition and your strength and toning of your inner thighs will come!
