Oh yes-it's a full body workout day! You know we are going to crush this strength workout and then REALLY crush it with a cardio finisher! Today I am using 15, 20, and 30 pound dumbbells, make sure to always grab weights that are appropriate for you! I will give you modifications and ways to step it up if you can! Make sure you remember that you determine the intensity of this workout so make sure you don't leave anything in the tank-can you burn up to 525 calories with me?!

Oh my gosh I crushed it! I haven’t been able to do Burpees so I modified them by stepping back each time with my hands on a stool, but this time I was able to do the jump with my hands on a stool. Yay! Thank you Sydney. ❤️

It was the 60 minute workout for butt and shoulders, we did a lot of hamstring work with sumo Romanian deadlifts, close Romanian deadlifts, and single leg Romanian deadlifts!

This was absolutely amazing. I didn’t start the challenge with you guys should I start with week one or continue with this week? I loved everything about this workout. Hi Sydney! I have a question, If I'm just adding a little more weight in my routines just for some exercises (from 5lbs to 8lbs), How do I know for how long I should keep with same weight? For some exercises It's still hard for me to keep with 8lbs so I turn into 5lbs, but I'm just trying to push myself so I can do more with 8. Thanks :)
Hey Geraldine! It sounds like you're already doing it exactly right! Add enough weight to where it challenges you, but don't add so much weight to where you sacrifice form. You want to consistently challenge your muscles but you don't want weight that's too heavy to where you tire out too fast and lose all strength to maintain good form. It honestly sounds like you're doing it right already! Soon you won't have to drop down to the 5lbs! Don't focus too much on the weight you're using, focus on staying challenged and making it through the entire workout with good form and the results will come and you using heavier weights will come with time too! Keep up the great work!
Something that had helped me is using ankle/wrist weights..so instead of going from 10 to 15 right ourt of the gate I'll add on the weight in increments.
