    You are so right. Everyone is busy. You can make the time you just have to be willing to do it. Still doing your workouts 5 days a week and love them!

    Just checking in. Did this workout today, 10/6/23 and it was awesome. I have to say. I have consistently exercised since May and while I weigh the same and I am the same clothing size- I feel amazing. I am finally able to do fast-twitch cardio and it means the world to me. I am strong, I have energy, my joints feel great, I feel confident and my posture is great. I can lift my young kids with ease. Thank you Sydney. I am so grateful!

    Doing this workout from Canada in January! Very hard to get out and walk because we have so much ice under our 50 cm of recent snowfall. This 4 week challenge has been a life saver. I have my workout clothes ready to go every morning and I put them on as soon as I get up, head to the basement and do the daily workout. I feel so much stronger-especially for shovelling snow! Thanks for another great day! I crushed it! Thanks Sydney for keeping me motivated with your positive messages and little tips!

    Hi Sydney. I can’t tell you how much I love, love, love, your videos! I was away on vacation last week, took my iPad with me and used the hotel gym every morning to do one of your videos.     Crushed it at 4am this morning!! Thank you so much for this challenge. You asked about changes we have seen, physically and mentally. I feel so much stronger. My 20lb dumbbells, which I rarely used to use, almost feel "light". I haven't done yoga much during this challenge, but did a class after this one (since I was up so early!). I was afraid I would have lost some flexibility, but I actually felt more flexible and stronger in the poses than I did before I started the challenge! Can't wait to finish this challenge and see what's coming next. Would love some balance/mobility classes. Thank you again for sharing your talent with us!!

    Thank you for this 4-week program, Sydney! I didn't get it together to take my "before" measurements or a picture; however, I just bought my 15 and 20-lb dumbbells (the most weight I've done in a LONG time), totally CRUSHED the plank-jack/pike move from yesterday's workout (which wouldn't have happened week 1) AND had another mom ask me about my "muscles" at the bus stop on the first day of school this year. You are so motivating and I feel totally validated by my progress measured in strength! Thank you!

    Crushed it!!!! I seriously love the new, dynamic moves that this challenge has taught me. I learn new exercises each video. You're a BEAST with those 40 lb weights. I barely use 20lbs as my heavy set and it's so challenging. Ready to finish off this challenge. And I really hope that you keep awesome vids like this coming after this challenge is over. I'm anxious to see how those formats would be and how often you'd post.

      I definitely see a change in my body. Although I have gained a little bit that’s not going to stop me. My size small sweatshirts are fitting again. I was wearing large before. I lost 2 inches on my waist already. Thanks Sydney ♥️

    I love your workouts... The way uou push through and encourage us.. whenever I don't feel like doing workouts.. I kinda formulate my own bunch of exercises.. taking your workouts and mix them.. putting on timer and music..

    Crushed another one! Thanks for reminding us that even a small change during this 4 week challenge is worth celebrating. Not getting hung up on the fact that the scale hasn't changed much is something for me to work on. I remind myself that it might not have gone down, but it's not going up either 😀

      Great job Dawn! So proud of you for doing this and I personally think it's awesome that you found this out because now you a goal to work on! Try and do some type of assessment like a plank and see how long you can hold a plank now, work on your core, and then see how long you can hold it in a month from now! So excited for you!!

      Orac Bachard great job!! I love cardio it is my favorite workout. But I’m really loving the agility moves too. Makes me really concentrate on moving my butt as fast as I can 🙌🏼 I did say Ugh tho with the burpees 😈 lol

      Esli Nicoletti Definitely with you on the cardio girl. It was hard for me to ease off cardio a bit to concentrate on strength training. However I absolutely enjoy lifting - love building the muscles and seeing definition girl - like when I sit and cross my ,legs and there is that deep cut line along the middle of the outside of the leg 🙈. Nonetheless when I get the chance at cardio I go to town!!!

      Kelly Pantaleoni - Hey Kel, thanks girl. My friends call me the energizer bunny. 🤓. I really have embraced weight training though. I NEED to have my upper arms defined and I am now seeing that rounded top of the shoulder and I LOVE it! Can't wait for the rest of the arm to join the shoulder. I do love how my back looks as well.       Orac Bachard too funny! I’ve been called the energizer bunny by more people than I can count! I naturally have more energy. The down side is I am so used to having it that I have to remember others don’t and they need to rest😂

    Awesome... your my trainer... some of this exercises I have never done before although Iam in a pretty decent shape for 54 they are a little challenging but I still do them just slower into I build my strength...🤗

    I really like doing the cardio with strength. So im gonna continue that after this month. But I'm gonna have to switch it up a bit because once again i'm at a plateau ( its a thyroid thing) Going to try your workouts every other day. On the off days i'll work on my yoga.

    Legs & abs are my strongest suit. Have to keep pushing the weights. But tomorrow will be a challenge as triceps are not that strong.

    #crushed it! I've not followed a programme yet im just trying to fit exercise in around my kids! But this was awesome! The jackknives were a little wobbly! Sweat literally pooling off me 😅

    Question🙋 I have awkward popping in upper leg whenever doing the straight arm situp is there something I can do to help? I noticed it the other day to when doing another standing ab workout 🤔 maybe stretch more?
