Didn't have time for the 50min leg workout today in the ARIse program so I got in this 30min cardio and abs. It was a great one!!! Love seeing these older workouts that I have not done.
I can't believe this was a 30 minute workout. The time went by so fast. I love how the workout was organized so it did not feel like slow torture. Instead, it was energizing and fun. And thank you for including modified options. Thank you Sydney! And oh yeah, I crushed it!

Please can you incporate 20 minute workouts in your regimen for people like me who work full time and have small children. We don't have a lot time. 20 minutes is all we have sometimes to work out and I love workout with you in the mornings

day 4 week 2 complete. i normally do this at 4:30 p.m but i'm going out my bf and his family at 3p.m so i immediatly did this early because i know i won't be in the mood to exercise when i get back.

I crushed it!.. question, I’m 9 weeks postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding. So I’m always hungry I feel. I do these workouts when they release at 5am. By that time, I have already had something to eat. Is eating before these workouts keeping me from losing in my belly? Thanks!
I'm not a medical expert but I don't think so. I'm 5 months PP and I would think that eating something gives you energy to workout. I guess it depends on what you eat as well. I don't eat before it bc these workouts release at 4:00 a.m. where I live and before my babies wake up, I wanna get this done! My baby still wakes up once a night to eat so that's been tough.
I crushed it, after one week of holidays( i only do 2 workouts during it, bad girl...)! I never thought that one day i'll think : " i miss working out" ..now it's done 👍👍 😄
