Anyone else sweat through their towel onto their May making it like a slip n slide? 😂 I love love love this series. I wish it had the days numbered for me to follow but I’m not really complaining. Love the unique moves and variety of this series. More of this please! The latest ones aren’t as complex and challenging as these.

I didn't want to do this video since it focused on abs but my knee is aching today so I had to go easy & not do a leg video. I survived this workout though, praise God! I modified a lot but I made it & it's better than me not having done a workout at all. Thank you for all you do Sydney! Went back to this workout today 12/23. 40 seconds have never felt longer in my life! I've been working out with you for months now but this one! It felt like each 40 seconds was an eternity!! I'm not sure why but I made it to the cool down! I worked hard and pushed myself. Although this video was from 1 year ago this talk about nutrition hit home. I make it to each workout but the hardest thing for me has always been nutrition. I know it is as important if not more than the workouts but it has always been a struggle of mine. My problem was to find balance between healthy eating, exercise etc. Finally I found it and your channel helped me a lot. I´m trying to do at least one of your workouts a day and I´m honestly enjoying it :) Your positivity and attitude in general motivates many people. Lebogang Mogoane Do you workout after work or the next morning? I’m asking since the workouts appear at 11am RSA time? I work out next day but feel funny not working on Monday (the Sunday stretch) after a usually hectic Sunday (Sydney’s Saturday) workout.

Your workout make me sweat big time and I love it as it make me feel I've accomplished something good. Yes, diet is very important and I have a sweet tooth...lol. So I eat a little dark chocolate here and there to stop me from eating cookies and brownies, my favorite. Appreciate your work here and will start following you on IG.
