Welcome to your cardio and abs workout! We will be working in 1 minute intervals today and we are using combination movements so nothing will be boring! As always make sure if you need to modify that you take the jump out of it or just slow the movement down for yourself! I always preach about making each workout your own workout while allowing me to push you to YOUR best limit! I have a nice little surprise for you at the end-so get ready to work HARD today and CRUSH IT!

Crushed! I really appreciated the no counting reps during the intervals. It helps you keep focused on your form w/o getting caught up on doing more that you really should.

That was perfect! I love the variety. I get bored with the same movements, so this workout was great! I woke up a bit frustrated because I was woken up an hour before my alarm, but this workout helped me get back on track and release that frustration. Thank you!

Crushed it! Loved this one. Yesterday I did an old workout where you repeated the circuits 3 times, did it but hated that, so this one in contrast with no repetitions really got me going. Loved the focus on the one side of the abs at a time. Thank you!
Crushed it! Love the sprints at the end! Just getting back into working out with you after healing my leg injury, had to modify the high impact but still got a great sweat and burn! Now to bring on the day of carving pumpkins with my grandkids!

I crushed it! But honestly it was really challenging for me, especially the cardio burnout at the end. I also have a huge problem with abs excercises because my lower back and my neck hurt after these. But I try to squeeze my stomach and I am so proud of myself! Thank u so much Sydney!!!

Hey Sidney! First off, you rock. Thank you for your ongoing support! About the ab workout.. lately I’ve had shoulder pain on one side preventing me from lifting certain weights. I felt like it would be stressful on my shoulder to do these ab workouts since we had to lean on our elbow. Any advice on how to get the job done without the shoulder involvement? Thank you for this fun workout. I like that you mix up every round and you bring in uncommon moves. This creates an extra challenge that forces our bodies to burn more calories and build more muscles. Keep it up.
