    Thank you for linking this at the end of my lower body workout. I was putting my equipment away, I was done for the day. But then you said 10 min abs..... I was waiting for the over to pre heat, and it wasn't ready yet... So I clicked the link. The oven was done as soon as the 10 minutes was up. It was meant to be! I don't do enough abs and this was a great reminder that I should do more!

    I did this one after the cardio and abs. Felt the tiredness in my abs bit did not give up. Yes the more we work on our abs and nutrition the more it will get a shape and get toned.

    Hey Sidney..... I feel so blessed that i stumbled upon your workout videos during lockdown and now i feel so confident about my body and muscles.
    I started with 30mins workouts and then progressed to 60 mins. A month ago i started adding 10 mins abs workout after 60 mins workout and it was a game changer. Keep doing this wonderful work and keep inspiring. Love from india🤗😊

    Hello Sidney! Your workouts are great and of tremendous help for people who get bored easily. Can you make a No Squat total body workout for people who easily get bulky legs from squats and lunges, or people who have injured knees. Thank you in advance!

    My Lord, that was tough, but expected because I have low back and hip mobility issues. Modified everything and just surprised I could almost make it through the 45 seconds on each exercise. 😁

    Thanks! For some reason I have trouble keeping my legs straight and over my hips doing the first move. I feel my bony back digging into the ground and something is tight. Maybe my hips? Any ideas?
