I don't do enough abs and this was a great reminder that I should do more!

Hello Sidney! Your workouts are great and of tremendous help for people who get bored easily. Can you make a No Squat total body workout for people who easily get bulky legs from squats and lunges, or people who have injured knees. Thank you in advance!

My Lord, that was tough, but expected because I have low back and hip mobility issues. Modified everything and just surprised I could almost make it through the 45 seconds on each exercise. 😁
Thanks! For some reason I have trouble keeping my legs straight and over my hips doing the first move. I feel my bony back digging into the ground and something is tight. Maybe my hips? Any ideas?
